I can say that it has helped me.
Last year around this time, I started taking it because I had knee pain while running, not always, but sometimes I would experience pain, pressure, and pinching in my knee, so I had to rest it for a few days without running.
This hasn't happened again since then, any rest needed was for another reason. I believe it has helped me with tendonitis in my hands as well, overall I am satisfied. I take around 40ml and not the recommended dosage

Το εχω μια βδομαδα και το μονο αρνητικο που εχω βρει μεχρι τωρα που μου τη δινει ομως ταμαλα ειναι το scroll wheel το οποιο ειναι τοσο ευαισθητο που η σελιδα ανεβοκατεβαινει πανω κατω τις μισες φορες που το χρησιμοποιω. Αλλες φορες το ακουμπαω απλα κ κανει scroll up.
