As for the service from Scroutz, it was impeccable, immediately solving the problem I had with my first order, as the built-in one comes in two types: full and semi-built-in. Unfortunately, the installation service is incomplete and problematic, as all they did was plug it in and connect the water. They didn't know how to adjust the height, and you have to install the wood yourself, while they didn't align it for me.

After researching on YouTube, I found out that the middle drawer can be lifted. This results in comfortably fitting large utensils, even 27-inch plates. Unfortunately, the instructions are incomplete, but the videos from the company are very informative. Therefore, I am changing the rating for large utensils. The rest still applies.
