  This is about a recent purchase, which I ended up making after searching on Skroutz and being convinced by the reviews. It washes amazingly even without rinsing and gets everything sparkling clean!!! I should mention that we previously had a much more expensive AEG brand which didn't do its job from the first wash; it didn't even rinse off the oils, and I was extremely skeptical about a new purchase. I have to say that this particular model has saved us; without exaggeration, I regret the years I had the previous one where I had to rinse everything by hand first, so zero savings in water and time, while this one confirmed it rinses off oils, yogurt, jams, and gets everything spotless.

  It is an amazing dishwasher that cleans all the dishes perfectly, even large pots, silent and very elegant externally. In the bottom drawer, the plate supports drop down and you can fit large pots as well as baking trays! The previous one I had from Miele was extremely noisy and had a large basket for cutlery in the bottom drawer, taking up valuable space.

  Incredible dishwasher, with many functions and conveniences. It is almost silent, provides full information about the programs and the time.   My first impressions are that it is quiet, has a very good capacity, is peculiar regarding large utensils, and the configuration, especially in the drawer for cutlery, is different compared to the Miele I had. As for the service from Scroutz, it was impeccable, immediately solving the problem I had with my first order, as the built-in one comes in two types: full and semi-built-in. Unfortunately, the installation service is incomplete and problematic, as all they did was plug it in and connect the water. They didn't know how to adjust the height, and you have to install the wood yourself, while they didn't align it for me.

  After researching on YouTube, I found out that the middle drawer can be lifted. This results in comfortably fitting large utensils, even 27-inch plates. Unfortunately, the instructions are incomplete, but the videos from the company are very informative. Therefore, I am changing the rating for large utensils. The rest still applies.

  I have this particular dishwasher for over six months. I am satisfied with its functionality, its spaces, its programs. It is so quiet that I forget it's working. The price is very good for its quality. And it is definitely very practical that there is the option for delayed start and automatic door opening after the completion of the wash, which, combined with its quietness, makes it an ideal case for washing at night with the off-peak electricity.

  It does not fit large plates and platters because it has a third shelf for cutlery, but I don't dwell on that considering its other good features.

  I will give it a 3.5 out of 5. Overall, it is an average good washing machine and nothing more.

  It is completely silent and its programs are generally sufficient. Programs 1-2-3 & 7 take 3+ hours, but that's how all modern washing machines are now. They take a long time, but consume less water and electricity. For us, programs 4 and 7 are the most convenient.

  For me, it does not have a proper design on the shelves:
  the upper shelf is not fully usable because it has something like a step and cannot fit large bowls.
  On the lower shelf, the space for deep plates is in different positions (5 + 5) where you would put pots, so if you put a pot, you cancel the space for deep plates!

  Something else I didn't like: if you have large shallow plates of 26 cm, many times the upper arm ends up on top of the plates, not on the slightly smaller ones of 25 cm. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???
  I don't know if this is a problem due to the flexibility of the arm, but I don't like it happening in a new dishwasher.

  Also, what I don't like is that it doesn't dry the dishes very well, even in the large programs.
  Especially the containers need to be shaken. I wonder how the previous owners saw that it dries very well.
  The plastic parts look cheap, but unfortunately, all dishwashers are like that, even the more expensive ones (Bosch, Miele, etc.).
  I don't know how long it will last!

  I was swayed by the many positive reviews and bought a dishwasher that takes over 2 hours for washing and drying, and it definitely doesn't dry well. When I called the company's technician, they told me that none of them dry plastics and it needs at least 45 minutes open to dry satisfactorily. In other words, they dry in the air.   Almost daily use of the washing machine for 6 months now. The dishes always come out clean and dry after washing. The only exception is the quick 30-minute program, which is the only one where the door does not open by itself, and it is logical that in this time not all dishes can be completely dry. The only negative (and for this reason 4 stars instead of 5) is that since there is an option to lock the control buttons, the on/off button is excluded from it. For example, if you have the lock activated while the washing machine is running, if you press the on/off button, the washing machine will shut down (we discovered this when a 1-year-old baby was playing with the buttons and managed to shut down the washing machine while it was halfway through the cycle). As soon as you open it again, you select a new washing cycle that starts from the beginning.

  Very good construction. Huge space and almost silent. I give it a 4/5 though for the 6 sense program. Whether I put a few dishes or more, in one or even all three compartments, it doesn't recognize the volume for reduced washing time. A characteristic example - experiment. I only put 4 dishes and 4 utensils and the dishwasher finished in 2:45.

  I have this specific dishwasher for a few months now. I am very satisfied with its functionality, its spaces, its programs. Its price is very good for its quality. Similar dishwashers can be found for nine hundred euros. It provides a third shelf for cutlery, which means you save space from the other two. We have washed large dishes without any problem and over time we learn to organize the space better, resulting in washing more of them. This is also helped by the fact that it has adjustable shelves in height. It also has good consumption in salt and rinse aid, ultimately saving us money.   Although it is my first dishwasher, I regret it (not that it doesn't do its job...), I would choose another one.

  First of all, I don't cook dishes that leave anything special from food residues, I don't fry anything, so I haven't tested the dishwasher on tough stains...

  As for the programs now:

  I believe the 30-minute program is useless. I wouldn't say it cleans, it rather rinses, and not adequately. And it was one of the main reasons I chose it, but I didn't expect such poor performance.

  The eco program is so-so... and I see the same with the 6th sense program. Both seem more like marketing tricks to me.

  The intensive program at 65 degrees does the best job, and I probably only use that now.

  What's the point of it being energy class +++++ and not being sufficient for the program it is evaluated for (the eco program)?

  It costs a lot compared to others, without offering anything more than marketing. So in my opinion, it's not worth its money.

  P.S. A note. I have used tablets from the cheapest to the most expensive in the market and I don't see a big difference.

  UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!

  It's a matter of whether it has been used about 20 times and it showed an error with code F11, which means a motor malfunction! So I revised my rating from 3 stars to 1.

  I would think that maybe I was unlucky, but I have only had a bad experience with Whirlpool in terms of reliability, and with other household appliances, so for me, this company is done.

  UPDATE:

  The problem with the motor was as follows: water had leaked from a flange that obviously didn't seal well inside the motor! I don't know if it was a coincidence, but it doesn't seem like quality construction to me.

  At least the dealership was very helpful.

  UPDATE 2021.05

  3.5 years later, fortunately, it didn't have the same problem again, nor any other, so I increased the rating by one star. But I still only use the dishwasher at 65 degrees. I don't know why it has the other programs... I don't see them doing the job.

  I should note that only in the program at 65 degrees do the washing tablets dissolve completely. At lower temperatures, there is an invisible film left on the dishes that can only be noticed by hand... But this probably shouldn't be related to the dishwasher but to the tablets. I just mention it because I think high temperatures are inevitable after all...
