For its price, and I mean the regular price (around 200-210 euros), it is a good introduction to racing. Its feedback is satisfactory for its price and in terms of durability, it is solid. The steering wheel is excellent, I bought it mainly for Euro Truck and haven't tried it yet on racing games. The vibration is tremendous with 2 motors inside, but it's a bit excessive and makes some noise. However, it responds well in games and the pedals are secure after adjusting the teeth bar underneath. The driver has a large base of supported games and is compatible with Windows 11. The only negatives are that the clutch was a bit squeaky at first, but it's now fine, and the brake is too hard and could be softer. It attaches well to the desk and doesn't move.
Update: Unfortunately, after 6 months of light use, the steering wheel started to squeak without any misuse, only while playing Euro Truck with gentle movements. I read that this is a common issue with Logitech steering wheels and others with gears. The silicone on the base that moves the wheel on the track wears off, causing the squeaking and noise.
Update 2: The steering wheel was replaced with a new one from the store, but unfortunately, after 3 weeks, the same problems occurred again, only when turning right in Euro Truck. I tried lowering the vibration, but it didn't help. I'm not sure what to say, but I won't buy another Logitech steering wheel. It's a shame I spent 317€ just for the wheel.
Good evening, the steering wheel as a first one I have bought, I play Euro Truck Sim 2, you understand the road in every detail, it doesn't make much noise, the clutch and gas are complete, the brake is hard where you adjust it if you open it and tweak the spring or from the app the sensitivity
The steering wheel is excellent, easy to assemble, and has good cable management, but it definitely needs to be accompanied by a special support stand, especially if playing on PS4-5 and not on a PC with a desk, etc. Since I put it on the stand, it has been amazing, and especially the drift with it feels completely different. I have played GT7 and Crew Motorfest and a bit of NFS, but in terms of quality and feel, it is perfect.
It's an entry-level steering wheel for someone who wants to get into sim racing. For someone who isn't too concerned about the term sim and just wants to pass the time with simple games, then it's perfectly fine. It has great durability; I bought it in November 2020 and have logged over 2.5K hours, with 3-hour and 4-hour sessions, endurance races, and I've never had an issue with the wheel... I have, and still do, unfortunately, have issues with the pedals. I won't comment on the satisfactory job they do as entry-level pedals, but I will comment on the poor internal construction. They are made with potentiometers, meaning the pedal press is analog. The potentiometers break down after a certain point; I've only had an issue with the throttle. (It doesn't register correctly and consistently when pressed), resulting in me having to open them up over 10 times to clean them and apply contact spray, which "fixes" them for 1-3 months.
Regarding its price... Until a few years ago, it was worth buying, especially on sale. However, with the more reasonable prices prevailing at companies like Fanatec, Moza, etc., it's not worth paying 260 euros at all.
Noise... A lot of noise, to the point of bothering downstairs neighbors sometimes. Especially if you don't lower the settings in the games. The gears inside make a lot of noise and are very old technology. Nowadays, direct drive wheels are literally silent.
The feeling is good for someone who doesn't know; for someone with experience in more expensive steering wheels, it will feel very poor. It has gaps compared to direct drive wheels and misses many details. (This doesn't mean it's broken; it does its job normally, providing information about the tires and the weight shifts of the car). In terms of force, it's at 2.4 Nm, while direct drive wheels usually start from 5 Nm and can reach extreme numbers like 23 Nm, which is unnecessary for me.
Have I had a good time? Unforgettable moments and very beautiful ones.
Would I change it? It's been a long time coming for a change (regardless of the fact that I still have it xD)
Games I've played with it include Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, RaceRoom, Dirt Rally 2, BeamNG, F1 2018, MudRunner, SnowRunner, Euro Truck Simulator. I've never had compatibility issues or had to search for an hour to set up the steering wheel in the game to play. This is the good part; it's widely recognized.
So, in short, for you who want to feel the 100% realistic experience of Sims and not arcade, to enjoy and have a quiet machine, then go for something a bit more expensive, preferably a direct drive once and for all. If the budget is tight, for me, it's only worth buying it second-hand, under 200€ as well.
For you who just want to casually pass the time without much fuss, plug it in and out to play LOL, CS, and other such games, and mainly don't chase 100% realism, get it with your eyes closed.
Very good material on the steering wheel (leather feel). It stabilizes perfectly on a desk with a thickness of 4 centimeters (you rotate the two barrels and then press them down). The pedals are metallic and sturdy. I have them on a tiled floor and with the little teeth that the base has at the bottom, no additional stabilization is needed. The middle pedal (brake) has foam inside it, which means that with slight pressure it travels halfway and then requires quite a bit of force. Personally, since I don't use a clutch, I have set the clutch as the brake (which has the same travel as the gas). Alternatively, you would need to "intervene" on the middle pedal and remove the foam (not recommended for a steering wheel under warranty). I use it with Assetto Corsa on PC. With the standard settings of Logitech G Hub and Assetto, I can't say I was blown away, but searching the internet for "LUT Generator," "WheelCheck," and "FFBClip," the steering wheel transformed. If you find the right settings, you don't need to go for a more expensive wheel. You will be amazed by its feel.
Anyone who is generally into racing games should get it at the first opportunity; the experience it offers is very worthwhile. It has a very good feel overall in the games, at least for Forza Horizon 5 and Gran Turismo 7, and in terms of material, it is quite decent! (I would suggest placing it on a stable desk or using an independent base for strong vibrations.)
Guys, I had this steering wheel on a trial basis from a friend of mine and I recently bought it; it's great for the money compared to a Thrustmaster that had about a 100 euro difference. The steering wheel was made of cheap plastic and didn't have a clutch.

Tested on GT7 on PS5.
1. The feedback is very strong. Personally, I have the "Maximum force feedback system" setting at 4 out of 10.
2. The detail it conveys from the road when set to 10 becomes tiresome. I have the "Sensitivity of the feedback system" setting at 5 out of 10. I do not know if the mapping it has is perfect, but in the game it is enjoyable.
You also notice the different feel that different cars have on the steering wheel. Some have a tight steering wheel, some have a soft one.
3. The pedals are of very good quality with a metal finish and hard plastic. Not even in my car do I have so much glamour. Their overall construction is heavier than the steering wheel, indicating good quality. Yes, the brake is harder with less travel, as it should be, but do not expect anything tragic.
4. It does not make noise. I mean, enough with what I read. When playing with speakers, you can barely hear it. I have played at night with headphones and the door open, with the family sleeping. It's fine.
5. The only flaw I would say is a small ambiguity it has in the center. I do not know if this is part of the mapping. Because in an old car Maserati A6GCS/53 Spyder '54, this ambiguity increases significantly, so I suspect it is due to the imitation of the real car (which I have not driven in reality to know).
6. The leather on the steering wheel feels very nice and looks nice. It does not bother the hands even after long hours of driving. The buttons are fine and the gear paddles are metallic. The rotary knob it has is a bit loose.
So, for those who are not interested in professional performance and do not wear gloves to play, I think this steering wheel will satisfy them more than enough.
Did not disappoint. Came after a few days and it fells great, the steering wheel is really customisable even on the ps5 on a lot of games and the pedals are doing a great job all tough the brake pedal does wear out slowly
Awesome steering wheel, I bought it in 2020 for €260. It has an amazing feel and very good responsiveness. The pedals are very durable and quite heavy, so you never have a problem with them moving backwards from the force you apply. It's worth every penny and more. Sturdy construction
Overall, as a steering wheel, it was good until about 2-3 years ago. Now it's not worth its money obviously for 250 €, especially when there are direct drive wheels with the same price and much better force feedback, like the Cammus C5 or the Fanatec CSL DD, which are also direct drive but with a price 50€ higher. I would prefer to wait an extra month and get something better.
Very good steering wheel for entry level sim racing and possibly the best you can find at this price. The cable management could have been better because I have the socket on the side of the desk and I have to run them behind the desk, which is not a big problem for those who can or have it permanently set up. It has a very nice leather texture on the wheel that feels great in the hands. For PC, it requires G Hub to work properly, otherwise it doesn't run correctly. I would recommend adjusting the FFB for Assetto Corsa or using the Rasmus LUT like I did, it completely changes the steering wheel experience and makes it feel more accurate overall.
Firstly, I will start with what it does well and then move on to the rest.
• It has a pleasant feel, similar to a real steering wheel.
• It has an immediate response.
• The steering wheel is well supported (it is impossible to move if placed correctly).
• The force feedback is quite strong and realistic.
• Software is provided (Logitech G Software).
All of this is good, but:
• The pedals do not stay in place on the floor (poor pedal base).
• The build quality does not match its price (e.g. the blue detail on the top of the steering wheel is not a painted surface, but a cheap plastic, the pedals are not properly placed, causing them to wobble left and right, etc.).
• Its software is terrible in that sometimes it works and other times it either works without force feedback or doesn't work at all.
• The D-PAD and Scroll do not respond correctly almost ever (the DPAD presses two buttons together and the scroll registers whatever it wants).
• Logitech support is terrible: very slow service (and only via email), staff without the appropriate knowledge (the force feedback of the steering wheel did not work and instead of reinstalling the software, they told me to return it for warranty support).
• Limited compatibility with games (many games do not recognize the steering wheel or the force feedback does not work at all).
• It is noisy.
Taking the above into consideration, I believe that this is a very mediocre steering wheel that does not even come close to the price of €250. If you are looking to buy a steering wheel, try to find a Thrustmaster (they are a bit more expensive, some of them, but they are worth much more than this one).
The steering wheel is amazing. You have full control and especially if you adjust it, your experience in the game becomes even more special! Don't be cheap and get a cheap one! This is the best on the market!!
I had the steering wheel for 1 year, where I used it for about 4 months during this period. The steering wheel did its job very well (of course it makes a lot of noise that can be heard throughout the house, so playing at night is a bit difficult). Specifically, I used it for F1 2021, Gran Turismo Sport, and WRC 9. My observations are that in WRC there was no force feedback at all, resulting in a very light steering wheel and me not being able to control the car, causing me to lose control. Finally, in F1, it was difficult to take a hairpin turn due to the difference in steering wheels, so the game needs to adjust the steering wheel sensitivity.
It's great, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because I haven't had it for even a year and I'm already having problems. Update: I had an issue with the brake pedal and it was activating on its own, but I fixed it with a little WD-40 Specialist Contact Cleaner.
I bought the driving force gt after 12 months of not using it much, but something inside the gears broke. It was under warranty and got fixed, but after 13 months it got stuck without force feedback and a dead steering wheel. Unfortunately, it wasn't covered by the warranty because it had been two years. After some time, I decided to try Logitech again and bought a new g29. It made a sound like metal hitting metal, but I didn't care because of the warranty. I used it for a year until it completely broke, and during the pandemic, it was credited under warranty. I then decided to buy the Facelift version of the g29, hoping it was of better quality. It wasn't used for 6 months due to a lack of console, and when I finally used it on GT7, it didn't last a week. The steering wheel signal and force feedback were dead. I don't think there's a reason to comment on the texture, feel, responsiveness, noise, etc. for a product that never lasted more than a year. I'm now hoping for something better with my next purchase, a Thrustmaster.
The steering wheel is amazing but it has some characteristics that do not justify its price, such as: it does not fit on every desk, the pedals squeak and the gears make quite a bit of noise. However, overall I believe it is worth it compared to other similarly priced options!
It was bought second-hand together with the shifter for 240 euros.
Positives:
- Good build quality on the steering wheel and pedals, while the gear shifters are full plastic.
- Very convenient to hold.
- FFB is quite good.
Negatives:
- The brake has something like felt inside, which makes it very hard, so it requires a lot of force to go full. If your chair is not securely fastened, you will slide back without being too exaggerated.
For now, it's worth the money to get started.
The best choice for a first and relatively affordable steering wheel. Beyond that, if you have higher demands and are looking for the tenth of a second, you may need to move to Direct Drive wheels that have much better Force Feedback.

A satisfactory steering wheel that is worth 250!!! The gear lever costs an extra 50...!!! I have used it extensively in Gran Turismo 7 and American/Eurotruck Simulation...!!!! I have it mounted on a stand, so it doesn't make much noise...!!!!
Well, after 2-3 years of use, the steering wheel works perfectly, with no noise or anything. It was a bit stiff at first when I tried it, until I pressed the clutch and brake pedals a few times, but now everything is fine. The gas pedal feels a bit different at times, depending on its mood, but generally it's okay. If you press and release it constantly and abruptly, it's normal for it to behave strangely. Overall, everything is fine and there are no issues with the levers. If you take good care of it, it's not very durable, as I had to replace it after a few months when the 5th and 6th gears wouldn't engage and showed a gap.
When you can buy a washing machine or a 32" 4K screen with the same amount of money, you realize that this product is simply overpriced! The same goes for the accompanying software! It's not worth so much money at all! 100-120€ at most, including the shifter...
It is the first steering wheel I have purchased and I got it after a loooot of searching on YouTube. Overall, it is worth it because if you want to get speeds, it is around 50 to 60 euros. Thrustmaster must fit your budget. Nice feeling, the force feedback is extreme, yes it makes noise but it is really value for money.

Well, the steering wheel is amazing. When you put it on the desk, you can't move it from its position. One negative thing is that when you put too much force feedback, it makes a lot of noise (depending on how much force feedback each person will put). I will try to be concise in the description so as not to bore you.
Force Feedback: The once pioneering Logitech in this field has managed to be surpassed by its two major competitors with this wheel and has also managed to be the worst among its own past models.
Noise: Because I see that there is confusion on this matter, if you don't want noise, go for a gamepad. It is not possible for someone to want to play with a wheel, three pedals, and optionally a gear shifter and expect it to be silent, especially in race conditions. It is ridiculous to discuss this. Regarding noise, I would only mention the inaccuracy of the wheel in gear shifting, which happens internally due to poor design in construction and poor force feedback.
Build Quality: The wheel has mediocre build quality, the pedals have good to very good quality, and the gear shifter has mediocre to poor quality and is not worth the €50, it should be sold for €25.
The layout of the wheel reminds to some extent of a PlayStation 2 gamepad, and I wish the button quality was as good as Sony's. Unfortunately, the quality is at an imitation level.
The pedals are of very good quality and are the best and most qualitative part of the set. In fact, Logitech has done a very good job with the brake pedal, which is the most underrated point of reference for people who were playing with a keyboard until yesterday and think that the brake pedal should be pressed at 100% of its strength, whether in a game or in reality.
Driving Accuracy: There is accuracy in the rotation of the wheel that will not cause any problems. Depending on the degrees we have set, we will turn where we want to turn. There is no delay between what we do and what happens in the game. Also, there is absolute linearity, and it is one of the good points of the G29.
Pedals: Undoubtedly, the brake pedal is the highlight of the set. The clutch and the accelerator should have more resistance and should not be linear. Unfortunately, the software does not help, and only in a few games like Richard Burns Rally do you have the luxury to change such settings.
Software: Here we have another mess from Logitech's geniuses. The good Logitech Profiler is not compatible with the G29. Now, with the G Hub or Logitech software, you cannot adjust/change/tweak the force feedback according to your needs, and this is tragic. It's a big flaw from Logitech in this area.
To sum up, buying the G29 at a normal price, not the €400 it cost when it first came out, and having the shifter will satisfy and enhance your experience in racing games. However, if you have the financial comfort, I would recommend going for something better that the other two competitors can offer in terms of force feedback and accuracy, especially in pedals and the shifter. So, if you have the G25, G27, or any other Logitech wheel with force feedback and want an upgrade, don't go for the G29. If you have a limited budget, go for the G29. If you are financially comfortable, look a bit higher.
I have had it for 2 years and it hasn't had any issues. The leather steering wheel is the best in terms of durability and feel.
One of the best steering wheels ever made by Logitech. It has a very good steering feel, fast response and very good build quality. It is fully adjustable and you can customize it according to the game!!! The brake pedal is hard but responds even to the slightest touch. It is definitely worth its money!!!
Very good value for money! In F1 car track simulator 2, it responds immediately with the software. The amp rhythms in the PC are very good. It's a very good base for supporting the pedal perfectly. I haven't tried it as a thruster, but from the quality of the construction, it's much better. It's worth the money. I highly recommend it!
