The Logitech G920 Driving Force steering wheel for PC and Xbox elevates the racing game experience to the highest possible level.
Real Steering Wheel
The dual-motor feedback system allows you to feel the tires slipping and the change of terrain. Solid steel ball bearings in the wheel shaft offer weight and durability. Stainless steel pedals for precise handling. The hand-stitched leather-covered steering wheel brings you the luxury of any car. Helical gears for smooth and quiet operation.
Dual Motor Feedback System
Feel the tires on every turn and type of road surface. Precisely sense understeer and oversteer. Experience every weight shift and wheel slip, as well as the road conditions that cause them. The powerful feedback from the dual motors realistically simulates the impact of the forces exerted during driving, allowing you to respond quickly and accurately.
Helical gears with retention system for shock absorption
Extremely smooth, quiet control experience, thanks to the helical transmission system based on real car gearboxes. The anti-shock retention system keeps the steering wheel and pedals in place, maximizing control. The Driving Force racing wheel also features a durable, reliable Hall effect steering sensor, which uses magnetic fields to detect the position of the steering wheel.
Steering Wheel Mounted Controls
All controls are located in places that you can easily reach. The D-Pad, buttons, and gear shifters are integrated into the racing wheel. The LED indicator located right above the center of the wheel informs you of the right moment to shift gears to maintain your maximum acceleration without taking your eyes off the road. The 24-point selector and the +/- buttons on the front of the wheel allow you to finely tune your driving preferences.
900-degree Rotation
The full 900-degree rotation of the Driving Force allows you to turn the wheel two and a half times. The rotation is the same as the rotation of a steering wheel in a car.
Always Centered
Easily see if you have turned the steering wheel with a convenient visual indicator. The strip serves as a visual indication of the direction in which you have turned the steering wheel.
Adjustable Pedals
Maintain a realistic driving position with the separate pedal unit for throttle, brake, and clutch. The Driving Force allows you to accelerate, brake, and shift gears comfortably, just like in a real car.

The steering wheel is good for its price. The brake is hard and my foot got stuck at first, and the steering wheel is small for adults. For these two reasons, minus one star, which is not tragic. F1 2023 with some fine adjustments from the internet that I saw for the steering wheel... It is incredibly convenient, I recommend it, it greatly enhances the experience. The Forza Horizon is pure enjoyment... a drive in the countryside.

Is the steering wheel securely fastened to the desk?
The steering wheel is very good, but this is known, I would like to write some things to help those who are thinking of getting it!
1. It works fine on the new generation Xbox series x + series s consoles.
2. Don't expect to get the steering wheel and drive as fast as the controller at first, it takes some time to get used to it. However, once you understand it and it clicks in your mind, you will be faster than the controller.
3. It is not a game, it is very well built, and if you are concerned about how much it will endure, the materials used in its construction are premium.
4. There is a mod that I recommend to everyone, I have done it myself, which involves removing a small rubber from the brake pedal, making it much harder. By removing it, it becomes perfect. There are very easy guides on the internet on how to do it.
5. The pedals need support, don't expect to put them on the floor and be able to drive easily. They need to be placed somewhere stable and not move, just like the steering wheel.
6. Each game generally requires its own settings, it is a process that needs to be done for each new game in order to fully enjoy the steering wheel, but you can easily find them on YouTube and the internet.
I hope I helped!

Is the steering wheel securely fastened to the desk?
Well. This is truly a value-for-money steering wheel that does everything every buyer desires. With proper settings, force feedback, etc., the steering wheel simply flies. If someone has the financial ability to also purchase the gear lever, even better. Incredible experience

Is the steering wheel securely fastened to the desk?
Sturdy construction, nice feel of the steering wheel and very good responsiveness. It was slipping on the desk, but adding two small pieces of elastic material between the clamps and the desk surface solved the problem. Overall, a very good choice!

Is the steering wheel moderately secured to the desk?
I have had the steering wheel for about a year, if you want to buy it, read on. Starting off, it is a plug and play steering wheel for the Xbox, there is a special comfort as soon as you connect it and you will play straight away. There are settings in every game for the force feedback which is exceptional, the road and kerb effects mainly in games like Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally, F1 give you an incredible experience of what the track is like. The pedals are a little close to each other compared to a car and the brake is very difficult to press all the way down. At first, I found it difficult but I got used to it. However, there are many games where you can adjust the sensitivity and it works great. The construction is of good quality, the pedals are incredibly high quality, and the steering wheel has a nice color with quality construction that you just want to keep turning. I have used it for rally, F1, and Forza Horizon for cruising (where with the right settings from YouTube it makes it quite realistic and smooth, contrary to what many say that Forza is not realistic with a steering wheel) I have also tried Euro Truck and there the experience is incredibly smooth. The pads for automatic cars like Lamborghini are a bit small for racing games but you get used to it over time. They have very precise responsiveness and have a nice feel compared to other steering wheels when changing gears.
The negatives are that I would like the pedals to be further apart from each other and many times (on the Xbox only) when you drift and generally make sudden movements and turn very quickly, the steering wheel does not center at 0 degrees, resulting in driving straight and the steering wheel being crooked. This is fixed if you exit the game and re-enter or if you unplug and plug in the steering wheel.
Now for the gear lever. It is, I believe, a budget gear lever with proper changes and responsiveness to movements. It works as it should with all games. Its construction is a bit plasticky but it is securely fastened to the desk and does not move at all. Some negatives are that it is too small for my taste and smaller than a car's gear lever, and after some time of use and fast changes, it has become very sensitive and you do not need any force to shift gears. But since it costs $50 after a year, you can buy a new one if it bothers you so much and sell the one you have.
It may have seemed like a long review but thank you if you read it all and I hope I helped you with your purchase. In short, get it if you are now starting sim racing and want something budget-friendly. It will not offer you the experience of a $1000 steering wheel, but it is very good for its price and compared to the corresponding Thrustmaster (which I have played because my friend has it), it falls short in terms of noise, construction, and responsiveness.

A great entry-level steering wheel for racing simulators. It has good compatibility with rFactor2 and Assetto Corsa Competizione on PC. The brake is indeed very hard, and if you don't have the pedals secured to a wheel stand or wall (with a sturdy chair), the chair (if it's an office chair) or pedals will move. However, you can adjust the pressure of the brake for all games if you search for pedal calibration on Google (unfortunately, only on PC), without having to modify it manually and lose the warranty. Upgrading to g923 is not worth the money it costs now compared to this or g29. I haven't tried it on Xbox yet, as I haven't purchased a base for it. If you want a steering wheel only for PC, it's better to get the g29.

The steering wheel is perfect, but why have the gear lever separate? Also, you need to put it on a desk because it doesn't sit well on a table, which is a bit annoying but otherwise perfect.

Is the steering wheel moderately secured to the desk?
The steering wheel is very good and of high quality. It just makes a lot of noise and one thing I have noticed is that if you play a lot and generally make fast movements, it heats up a little, but I have not encountered any problems so far (I have had it for 1 year and something).

It's the best value for money, with immediate response in the game, a very realistic experience, and compatibility with many games! Of course, the steering wheel makes noise, but I don't even care! The shifter looks a bit fake, but it does its job perfectly!

In ETS2 and Forza Horizon 4, the only downside is that the brake feels realistic and requires a lot of force, so in Forza Horizon 4, it's not easy to lock up the car.

Is the steering wheel securely fastened to the desk?
I've had it for over a year now and so far no issues (I haven't had any problems with it not connecting and the leather is like new). It has a much nicer feel than playing with a controller and has a very good build quality with the metal pedals, metal and leather steering wheel. I believe it's worth the money compared to other steering wheels (e.g. Thrustmaster). In my opinion, it's the best choice for Xbox, but it would be nice if it had a shifter and didn't require an extra purchase. The only thing I didn't like is that the brake requires a lot of force to press (at least to reach the level needed for many games), but if you're willing to open up the pedals, you can improve it!

For those of you crying over the shifter, feel sorry for those who have the Thrustmaster TH8A that costs 120€. Anyway, the previous G27 was around 300-350€, while this one can be purchased for 200-250€ plus 40-60€ for the shifter, which is still great. If you want to upgrade from the G27, it's not worth it from personal experience, as they're almost the same, except the G920 has an upgraded motor for force feedback. Personally, I use it for Assetto Corsa, Forza Motorsport 7/Horizon 4, iRacing, and Project Cars 2. The pedals are of great quality, with only the brake feeling heavy due to a rubber piece inside that makes it feel heavier. A quick fix is to lower the braking deadzone to 50-75%, or remove the rubber piece (Note: warranty will be void if removed). The steering wheel has great, realistic force feedback (if set to 100%) and is well-made with a nice design. For those who want to feel the cars better in games, it's the best value for money. (The problem in Greece is that stores sell it at high prices or it's out of stock, and you have to wait for 10+ days for it to arrive).

Is the steering wheel securely fastened to the desk?
The only thing that impressed me was its build quality and leather, even the pedals and metal pedals. I was lucky and found it used in new condition for €200 with the strap (which is normally sold separately) and I've had it for two days. One thing that worries me is the leather not wearing out. Overall, it's my only complaint so far. As a new purchase, it's not worth the €250 without the strap.

Is the steering wheel moderately secured to the desk?
Very good steering wheel that can withstand anything (it has fallen from a height of 2 meters twice and has not suffered any damage), but the brake is the worst thing about it. It requires a lot of force to press it and hold it firmly in the game, causing it to slip if you have it on a carpet or tiles. I don't think it's a good value for money, I believe it's a bit expensive (it would be okay at €200). That's all I have to say, I would recommend it but the brake is a big issue, especially in Forza Horizon 4.
