Everything is fine with the headphones, the only problem I encountered was that in the first pair I bought, after 3 months of use, the left earbud would not charge more than 10%. I returned them through skroutz (the purchase was made through skroutz's shopping cart) and they replaced them with new ones.
After two months of daily use, they are showing problems and do not have a good connection with the case, resulting in not charging and remaining connected while inside the case, and this is the second time this has happened since I returned them under warranty
The battery lasts forever even with daily use!!! The sound is very good. For calls, you can hear just fine when there is no noise outside, but for example, on a bus, it is difficult to talk. The noise cancelling feature has really saved me. I highly recommend them
In the 1 month that I used them (and not even daily), one earbud stopped charging, as you will read in many other comments made by previous users. LITERALLY THROWN AWAY MONEY
Very reliable. After 5 months, they are working very well for me. Nice and quality sound. The fact that they can be connected simultaneously to 2 devices is very convenient in a work environment (pc + mobile).
Purchase 01/05/24. After seven months of use, I am very satisfied. Clear and full sound, and the noise cancelling function is more than satisfactory. Very good fit on this IF you choose the right ear pads.
By far one of the worst purchases.... I have no words.
In the first few weeks, the left earbud broke and was replaced. When you talk to someone while wearing them, you hear all the other sounds except for the speaker.. No matter what was changed in the settings, this did not improve. For a little song on the subway, they are fine.
The battery life is very good, as is the case.
I bought them last Christmas and I'm looking for others this year.
Purchased for €80 two and a half months ago.
The positives:
+ Very good battery life for my usage, about 2 hours a day. In the two and a half months, I have charged the case only twice.
+ Connects immediately to the phone and does not disconnect. So far, I have not encountered any issues with the contacts in the case. Everything works as it should.
The negatives:
- Very difficult to extract them from the case, at least for me. I can't grip them well, and the magnet, which is quite strong, keeps them inside.
- Very low volume even at maximum.
- The ANC is not very effective. There is a difference when you activate it, but you can still hear all the external noises quite loudly.
- They do not sit securely in my ears, at least. I have tried the other sizes included, but they don't fit me properly.
- The JBL app is not good. It does not allow you to customize the settings as you would like, and the various sound modes make no difference. Overall, the sound quality is mediocre, and when you factor in the low volume, it makes things even worse.
- The biggest downside for me is the microphone noise reduction feature. The reason I chose them was that it had this feature that would allow me to be heard clearly on calls. However, all the ambient noise passes through to the caller to such an extent that many times I have had to end the call because they couldn't hear me over the noise. So this feature does not work at all.
Overall, I would not recommend them. I expected something much better for €80. They are inferior to some Edifier ones I have that cost €35.
I am very satisfied overall with both the sound and the battery; they are also sleek. However, sometimes when I put the headphones in their case, the right piece may not make good contact with the charging point of the case, so every time I put them in, I have to double-check; otherwise, my phone will still be connected. Anna, I would say it is generally worth the money; these headphones are value for money.
30 euros is too much, they didn't charge in the case, they played in the case, power in the music for metal and rock is worth it, but if they don't charge, it's wasted money, I threw it away while I had made a purchase of 85 euros, what warranty... in other words, overrated as a brand, these specific headphones are the worst
For a month they worked perfectly. Nice sound, perfect noise canceling. After that, they don't charge!! The right one is always at 10%. They probably don't make contact with the base. Also, they connect randomly to the phone even when they are in their base. Completely UNACCEPTABLE... I didn't expect this from JBL
The headphones are very good. Both the build quality and the sound quality are great. The only serious problem is that when you place them in their case, the connectors do not make good contact, resulting in them remaining connected to the phone, draining their battery, and when you need them, they don't have enough power to use. In conclusion, in terms of build quality and sound quality, they are fine. But in terms of charging, the company did not do a good job, and for that reason, I would not recommend them :(
For music, it's great! Nice sound and good isolation.
For calls, not so much. My interlocutors can't hear me well.
The battery never runs out, the sound is amazing whether you're talking or listening to music, they are definitely worth the money, I recommend them.
For as long as they worked (about 1 month) with very moderate use, they were good. Nice sound, comfortable, etc. After a month, they started not charging, and eventually, after about 2 weeks at the service, they told me that they couldn't be fixed. They used to make them better in the past
Good sound and functions, like finding them if they are lost in the house and others. The negative is that after a few months, they do not make good contact with their charger. One started, and then both, making them useless.

Very good sound quality and performance on phone calls. However, the product turned out to be defective as the right earphone did not make contact with the case and did not charge.
The ultimate value for money. Excellent sound quality, the battery lasts for many days. The noise cancelling is decent.
The worst earbuds I have ever had. I bought 2 pairs from 2 different stores for me and my wife. Both had the same problems. Let's start.
1. You put them in their case and sometimes the left one remains uncharged and sometimes the right one.
2. You put them in their case and they connect and disconnect randomly on the phone.
3. You put both in your ears and only one connects. It becomes mono, that is.
In short, they have all the problems that a wireless earbud could have. Shameful and zero, simply. All this after the company's update and at the price of 75 euros. Stay away if you want to avoid some good curses.
Update: I requested a replacement. They changed them for me. The new ones arrived and I had them closed in their box. I opened them after a month and after exactly 20 days of use (about 20 hours), it started connecting inside the case and the right one completely stopped charging. Absolute garbage. I sent them back with a request for a refund now to get something else. Stay away.
Good sound, nice noise isolation, good fit. They don't easily fall out of the ear. Now, on the negative side, sometimes you know they are connected and you have to put them back in the case and take them out to reconnect. Also, the left earbud doesn't charge after three months.
Very good value for money headphones. Tremendous quality. Excellent sound quality, very good and clear, with great bass without reaching a limit and becoming annoying. They have the latest technologies in terms of technical specifications with advanced Bluetooth 5.3 LE Audio, battery; excellent and does what it promises
The only issue I have is that many times when I put them in the case, they remain connected to the phone. I think it's a matter of insufficient contact between the headphones and the case's poles. You have to push them a little inside the case to be sure. Otherwise, they are very good and personally, they don't bother me at all during continuous use. The price increase in March was unjustified. In one night, I saw them being sold for 142 euros from the previous 79 euros (public).... outrageous. Now they have balanced somewhere in between.
It does not have noise cancellation, the person I am talking to hears everything from the street. Zero volume. Something is wrong. Terrible sound!
I like them, I had the Razer Harmerd 2 and they are not even comparable, the JBL ones are much better. They don't have any disconnects and have very good sound quality. I can't say that the noise canceling impressed me particularly, as they already reduce external noise on their own. However, the function of reproducing external noise is convenient, especially when walking on the street. They are worth it
Very bad for Teams conversations in open space. It does not filter any sound and it is annoying for the participants. Also, the app does not work on a computer so there is no possibility for settings. Finally, the sound is not loud enough.
Owner of the Huawei FreeBuds 5i, I happened to wear these specific ones from a friend. Honestly, when I put them on, I started laughing. The sound quality and isolation are many levels below, even at the same price. Even the 4i that I had in the past, after 2.5 years of constant use, scratched less. Maybe it's a matter of poor fit in my ears, but I doubt it. We're talking about absolute mediocrity. The most unworthy thing I have ever tried. For the specific price, around 80, the 5i are a dead end.
Even inside the charging case, they remain connected to the phone.
The charging case needs to be charged almost every day.
1. Speech: the interlocutor hears even the slightest noise as if they are next to me. Louder than I am.
2. Connectivity: so good that they remain connected even in the case. They connect by themselves without being taken out of the case. I already made a warranty exchange and the new ones do exactly the same within 2 months.

Excellent sound quality, they fit perfectly although someone may need a larger diameter than the 12mm provided as L-shaped silicone ear tips to avoid leakage in their exceptional and soft bass. The battery of the case lasts a week, while the customization through the jbl tune app brings you close to your preferences.
Now that they are on sale for 75 euros, I think it's worth the opportunity.
The best for the money!! I had airpods pro, in 2 years they became useless, they didn't offer anything more in terms of sound quality and build quality compared to JBL. Much better fit at least in my ear!!
