Update 17/10 in the previous review 21/9:
1. Battery and duration:
It is better than the BEATS, my JBL lasts at least 2 hours longer! As for their charging and the case, I would say they last the same as the BEATS. Both cases lasted for 4-5 charges, with the same charging duration.
2. Speech: The ANC on the JBL is 10 times better, I just noticed that some "strange" noises pass through the microphones and bother the person I'm talking to. For example, when I'm outside on the street or somewhere windy, the noise DOES NOT pass through (which is good), but if I have a nylon bag in my hands and I do something, it sounds very loud... What can I say.
3. Music and bass: There is no comparison with the beats.... The JBL is amazing, incredible sound and bass!!!
4. Application: The beats were better in that aspect, but the JBL is more comfortable. Since I wear them everywhere, at the gym, on the street, maybe I need to "adjust" them better to my ears at some point, but they don't hurt like the beats' application used to!
The winner (for me): JBL by 1000, a huge difference in everything!!!
Review 21/9:
This is the first review I'm writing, I come from BEATS FIT PRO (purchased for 210€ on Black Friday in Amsterdam, they were originally 260€). My BEATS got stolen (without the case) and that's how I ended up with JBL. The comparison below will be based on my experience with the BEATS.
1. Battery and duration: I can't give an opinion on the JBL yet as I just received and connected them. With the BEATS, my case lasted for 3-4 charges (very quickly, from 10% the headphones went to 60%+ in 10 minutes, but they also drained quickly, with 4-5 hours of use and music, they needed charging again). I will need to come back with more information about the JBL.
2. Speech: The ANC on the JBL is 10 times better, I'm blown away!!! I also made calls on a very noisy street, and the person I was talking to could hear me as if I was right next to them, without the external noise!
With the BEATS, the speech quality was not as good, and the person I was talking to could hear the external noise normally (not too much, but the noise passed through the microphones). I repeat, for the skeptics, the ANC on the JBL is simply IMPRESSIVE! Way better than the Beats!!!
Music: I want music while walking, exercising (everywhere). The bass quality and intensity are much better than the BEATS! In order for the BEATS to reach the same bass performance, I would have to use an additional equalizer application, while with the JBL, the bass and intensity are superior directly and without the need for any application. The bass is amazing!!!
Fit in the ears: I got the BEATS because they fit in the ear with that additional silicone piece they had. The JBL didn't impress me much in this aspect, but they fit perfectly and I didn't expect that! They are also much more comfortable, because after using the BEATS for an hour, my ears would hurt, but with the JBL, there is no pain at all!
Considering that the JBL is exactly half the price (135€) of the BEATS (250-270€) right now, I can say one thing:

Excellent sound and easy mutipoint, good noise cancelling. Previously I had the JBL Live Pro+ which had exactly the same problems but at a much lower frequency such as:
(upgraded to version 3.7.0)
1. Disconnections of both earbuds for 1 second.
2. Disconnection of one earbud for 1-2 seconds.
3. While playing music, suddenly the music starts playing at 2x speed for 1-2 seconds, they lose connection and then come back after a while.
4. Suddenly the bass completely disappears and only the mids/treble can be heard, I have to take them out of my ears and put them back in to fix it.
5. Very poor range, they lose connection in the next room with open doors (with the Mac), the JBL Live Pro+ had no issues.
6. When connected to a TV, they have a serious lip sync problem (the lip movement doesn't match the sound), it's always delayed even though it's adjusted from their mobile app in video mode. The same happens when watching videos on a PC/Mac.
7. Sometimes in sudden head movements, #1 from above happens (I haven't tested them while running).
These are not issues with my headphones, check the r/jbl subreddit and you will see that many others have exactly the same problems. It does the exact same on: iPhone 13, Samsung S22, MacBook Pro 2019, LG CX65 OLED TV, iPad.
UPDATE (06/04/2023): In the end, I returned them to the store and they gave me a refund. The response from the dealership was immediate, well done.
The sound cuts out at some completely random moment for about 1 second. Other than that, it is excellent in every way
Very good! Lots of bass, good battery, comfortable in the ear, and good connectivity. I would recommend them 100% if you find them at a good price
The first pair worked normally for one day. Then they lost connection with the phone; we tried them on five phones, and none could find them. They refunded my money because they didn't have any others. I went and got the same ones from another store, and today, after two months, they completely lost communication for a while. Then one was working, and then both were dead.
It quickly presented me with many issues with the sound, especially with the volume first in one earbud and then in the other. Sometimes it fixes itself randomly and then breaks again. Also, mediocre sound for the money even before it presented issues. In general, I would not recommend them at all; there are much better options for this money
sometimes a pain to connect to correct device but other than that I got it cause I use the metro a lot so I wanted noise cancelling. I am happy with it ☺️
Good sound and noise cancellation. Build quality is good but doesn't justify the 120€. Three stars because it doesn't block out the surrounding sounds for the person on the other end. On the contrary, it annoyingly amplifies them, as I've been told. Therefore, get JBL but the cheaper series. It offers the same.
It is indeed an admirable product. I don't particularly like JBL as a company and was looking towards BOSE. Fortunately for me, nothing was available so I got the JBL for half the price. It seems that emphasis has been placed on detail since everything "clicks" together without any dissonance. I mainly got them for the gym and as soon as I put them in my ears, I thought they didn't fit well and that they would fall out, but magically they just don't move without being uncomfortable. I haven't even tried a larger ear tip yet. From the fit, I replaced the ANC activation/deactivation with volume control. I've only had them for a few days and I hope I won't need to change my review.
No matter how beautiful they are, no matter how amazing the features are, the fit in the ear is disappointing. I got the plastic from some Razer headphones that cost 70 euros and they fit well. Their design is terrible.
High quality, you can adjust them as you want, both for music and for phone calls, just need to look it up. The battery lasts at most 4 to 5 hours, and with the three charging dots of the case, if the last dot remains or goes to zero and the earbuds still have battery, they completely shut down and do not work at all. The only thing that disappointed me... Ultimately, when I listen to music from these high-quality earbuds, I feel like I'm in a high-fidelity studio. Now, if the environment is windy or noisy, the sound transfers to the conversation partner. Overall, they look very premium, but they sit moderately in the ear...
Sound for music is very good with good bass, good for calls, experiences some disconnections but very few. Worth it so far for a year
I acquired them by chance, but I knew what I was getting.
Very good fit in the ears, and very good in conversation. My interlocutor can hear me normally.
They have multipoint pairing, which means they can connect to 2 devices simultaneously, which is very useful. Very good ANC and many customizations from the app.
I believe they are worth 100% of their money, especially at around 120 euros.
I have them for a month and I use them all the time. Excellent headphones, they are worth their money, they also fit very well in the ears and the bass is simply amazing. The noise cancelling also works great. I have said it and I will say it again, JBL has the best sound products.
They were purchased on Black Friday. At first sight, I was impressed. I felt like I was holding something very premium in my hands. When connecting: I didn't have to do anything, I opened the lid and my phone immediately recognized them through Google, I pressed a connect button that appeared on the screen and that's it. The JBL app is very user-friendly, it doesn't have many features, but it's worth downloading for further customization.
Battery: Guys, it never runs out, I don't know what to say, one night I fell asleep listening to music without even realizing it, and the next morning I woke up and the music was still playing. That alone says it all. The battery life of the charging case lasts 7-15 days depending on usage.
Sound quality/volume: The sound quality is equally very good, nothing like the tune 500bt that I used before. I can say that the sound quality is almost on par with the Razer headset, the black shark v2... As for the volume: Before buying them, I read in a review: At first, it's low to protect your hearing. I still don't understand what the poet meant. The volume is OK. It's not one of those where you turn it up to the maximum and then lower it after a while because you can't stand it at full volume. They are designed so that you can listen to music at full volume for hours without any issues.
As for the multiple microphones they have, I don't have a particular opinion since I don't use them much for calls.
Also, very comfortable, at least for me, I don't feel like I'm wearing them, even after many hours. They are also sweat-resistant. Tested them while cycling, running, and doing weightlifting (training), they don't bother me and they don't fall off, very important.
Noise cancelling: Tested the noise cancelling almost everywhere, on a ship with wind, on an airplane on the wing, on a school trip on the bus, in the car. Once you activate it, you don't hear anything while music is playing. Just you and the music. When there's no sound playing in the headphones and the ANC is activated, it reduces the noise, it doesn't completely eliminate it because it doesn't work miracles, but it eliminates the background noise and you only hear voices very close to you. But I repeat, when music is playing, you don't hear anything!
They are also known for connecting to more than one device. Tested them on mobile-PC and mobile-smartwatch (Garmin), I had no issues.
The bass is particularly satisfying, but again, they don't work miracles.
The headphones come with the charging cable and 2 sets of silicone tips, the smaller and the larger ones, for everyone's convenience. I recommend that after wearing them, you do a "check my best fit" through the app to confirm that you are wearing the correct size of silicone tips.
They haven't been tested for gaming.
In general, if you find them for under €140, they are a very good choice for someone who wants to listen to music for hours without being bothered by anyone, for the gym, for running, for studying, etc.
And after all this incredible user experience, I accidentally put them in the washing machine and they broke...
And what did I do, of course? I went and bought the same ones!!!
For simple everyday use (mostly music). Good sound quality, comfortable and battery that never runs out. As for calls, you need normal voice intensity otherwise they can't hear you. They are worth their money
The headphones are very good. They have nothing to envy from more expensive models. The best value for money purchase I have made
I am really saddened by this review, but it is the reality. Also, what I am saying is my own experience.
I bought these headphones after researching and coming from the first generation AirPods Pro. The sound is fantastic! The comfort is also great (at least for me).
However... as for the connection and communication with the phone, unfortunately, they don't work. With the iPhone 15 Pro Max, the music constantly had interruptions (maybe 4 times within one song). I searched in many forums, but unfortunately, none of the solutions I read worked for me... I am returning them with regret because I really liked their sound and comfort!
I hope for those who have them, they don't have any issues or if they do, it gets resolved soon!
In the positives: Top-quality sound, fully customizable through the app. Excellent in speech, you can hear clearly and it effectively filters out external noise. The ANC is one of the best in the market, as well as the Ambient Aware feature which allows you to hear external noise. They easily connect to up to two devices simultaneously thanks to multipairing. The battery life is decent, and combined with the case, you can forget about charging them.
In the negatives: They don't fit well in my ears, causing them to easily fall out and requiring constant readjustment, which is why I deduct one star. This happens because they have a particularly minimal design and don't fit deep enough in the ear. The silicone tips are of good quality and very soft, but they don't hold the earphones in my ear. On the other hand, the case is heavy and bulky. If it falls on a hard surface, it makes a noise and opens, making you search for the earphones inside as the magnets are not strong enough to keep the case closed. I noticed brief interruptions, as many complain about, but only when I connected them to a smart TV. I never experienced any interruptions when using them with a phone or tablet, which I used most frequently. In general, the conclusion is that they have their issues, but if they fit well for someone, they are worth buying.
I bought the headphones based on the good reviews of other buyers. They were my first wireless headphones (I know, I'm behind). I was impressed with the Active Noise Cancellation. Now I got another pair and the JBL ones clearly had superior functionality.
Overall, I was satisfied, but I had the issue that after a while, the video playing on my phone would stop and I had to restart it, as if the connection between the headphones and the phone was lost. It was very annoying. I don't know if it was an issue with the headphones, because I'm not that knowledgeable, but it was bothersome. The new headphones I bought also do this after some time, but they are half the price, so it bothers me less...
Maybe it's not an issue with the headphones, I repeat, and I may be unfair.
In the pros: Very good sound. The noise cancellation is excellent. The battery life is quite good.
It never disconnects on iOS.
In the cons: The charging case slips like hell. There is no chance it won't fall from your hands 2-3 times a day. When it falls, the earphones fly out and you have to search for them. In one such fall on a carpet, one earphone split in half.
The battery has dropped to half after 6 months.
One of the earphones has worse sound (not the one that split!)
If you don't wear both, they don't pick up your voice well on calls. If you wear both, it's mediocre.
They are not worth their money.
The only negative thing I have found is their fit, many times I feel like the earphone is about to fall off my ear. Other than that, very good build quality, they connect directly to the mobile, congratulations to JBL for their application, and finally the sound is crystal clear.
Not good at all. The previous model was better. It fit perfectly in the ear and had a greater range. These ones don't fit properly, the signal keeps cutting off and they have a short range. The battery is the same.
Excellent sound quality, the active noise cancelling isolates noise very well in the gym or on the street.
The application is very user-friendly on both iPhone and Android devices, with options for different or even your own custom equalizer.
HOWEVER!!!
The headphones I had in my possession would suddenly disconnect and reconnect during use, lasting for 1 second each time. This disconnection was observed to occur on both an Android device, OnePlus 8T, and an iOS device, iPhone 13. In an attempt to watch a 10-minute video, the disconnection happened 3 times, each lasting 1 second.
Unfortunately, I had to request a return and the inspection confirmed this issue.
Coming from LG headphones, the transition to JBL has impressed me. Firstly, they stay securely in the ears, something I didn't experience with LG. The sound is on another level, I can't even discuss it. If I didn't hear it, I wouldn't believe it. The battery lasts a long time. They are definitely worth it and more. As for the color, what can I say? It's unbelievable. I had them as my favorites for over 5 months until they went on a big discount from 160 to 100, so I bought them
The headphones were purchased in June 2023 for everyday use and during sports activities.
The first impression was quite positive, with very good sound that perfectly responds to various music genres, very good ANC as well as transparent mode, and excellent call quality as the caller rarely has difficulty hearing. The app is user-friendly with several customization options.
The problem arose during use during sports activities, especially running. Their performance during exercise was not ideal as constant adjustments were needed.
The main problem occurred after 4 months. After a while, their performance noticeably declined, with the left earphone permanently playing at about 10% volume without increasing, and the right earphone varying depending on the day.
I cannot say with certainty that the problem arose from the waterproofing, as the headphones have an IPX5 rating. However, the problem worsened after each workout despite efforts to prevent it by drying them with a dry cloth each time.
Overall, I believe that the headphones are worth it for everyday use for music, calls, etc. However, they are not suitable for sports activities, which is why I initiated the return process.
Very good headphones for a phone. I do not recommend it for multi-pairing (two devices simultaneously) due to frequent interruptions on the other phone.
I cry for the money I had spent on beets fit pro when with half the price, the jbl is far better in sound quality (for those who want clear bass, it's the best I've heard) and the sound isolation is far better than beets or apple that I have. Ultimately, everyone is a professional in their own field... it's not a coincidence that they are one of the top companies in sound. I highly recommend them
The battery barely lasted 4.5 hours. I sent it back and they sent me another one. Same thing. Unacceptable duration. I returned it for a refund. 5 stars for Skroutz's customer service.
I bought the EarFun air pro 3 for half the price and they are much better in every aspect.
Good sound and very good job with the ANC, except for wind management as it passes quite annoyingly in the ear!
Also, I would like to be able to control the ANC during calls.
Furthermore, during calls, the surrounding sounds pass through, which is unacceptable!
The QCY HT05 had much better noise cancellation when I was talking and it was only 30€.

Generally excellent, connection to PC for teams and simultaneously to mobile. I notice some skipping in mp3/4 playback, maybe due to sampling rate, but overall perfect audio.
The positives are well known. Others have said them, I won't write them. However, enthusiasm was followed by disappointment in the calls. There, the noise cancelling doesn't work and my interlocutor goes crazy. Simply unacceptable from such a company. I hope for an update. - 2 stars, of course.
