I cry for the money I spent. When I receive a call, all the noise from the environment is heard, resulting in people telling me to take them off to talk. Very good application in the ear, very good sound quality but...2 times (change as a defect) within approximately 3 months the case stopped working. Very satisfied with the hearing, very dissatisfied that my case turned out to be defective 2 times.
