very good.good voice,small and battery laste long... only miracle of long use, ear hurts a little. so it is good price and good device.

very bad sound in an outdoor environment (you can't hear nor can they hear you). Good for indoor space and without other noises

No relation to the good old Plantronics.
In the negatives:
- The low sound volume of the headset, especially when you are outdoors.
- Frequent disconnections.
- Inconvenient switch for answering and ending calls, as if you want to secure the headset properly, you risk pressing the button and ending the call.

Low sound intensity, poor fit in the ear, difficult-to-use buttons... of course, coming from Plantronics, the comparison is unfair, but no matter how you look at it, for the 34 euros I spent at Germanos, it's not worth it.

Old user of Plantronics Explorer 55. The company left a big gap. So, before switching to the Creative Outlier Air V2, I tried them out wanting exclusive use for calls and wearing them all day. They never fit well in my ear. There was no way I could have them in my ear all the time. I was afraid they would fall out, with or without the hook. It was even more difficult to have them out of my ear and try to put them on before answering a call. The 0-1 switch is in completely the wrong place, which is inconvenient to have it in your ear and be able to activate it at that time to answer (as we used to easily do with Plantronics). Very low volume, in an outdoor space I simply couldn't hear the caller, but maybe it was the application I have for calls because I had a similar issue with the Creative Outlier Air V2 later, but there it improved after I reset the default settings in the damn application for calls and then switched back to the one I wanted.
