First time switching from Android to iPhone. It's a pretty good phone, but if you're used to Android, it will take you a long time to get used to its buttons, functions, and size. I would prefer it to have a slightly larger screen. Other than that, if you want an affordable phone and an iPhone, prefer this one IF you find it under €400.. more than that, it's not worth it, go for a newer model.

My grandmother gave it to me as a gift, and it was my first Apple device. It is the best; it doesn't lag at all, has a perfect camera for photos and videos. In my opinion, iOS is better than Android, and it is generally worth the price
I've had it for two years, the phone doesn't struggle with anything. If someone wants an iPhone at a better price than the others and doesn't have the "need" to constantly get the latest models, then the 11 is a no-brainer
I was previously the owner of the iPhone 14 Pro Max and while waiting for the 16 Pro, I bought the most affordable iPhone I found for a second device.. it performs exceptionally even in the 64GB version. Okay, the camera for this specific model compared to similar phones in this price range from other companies is not comparable, but compared to Apple's newer models, there is a noticeable difference, especially in low-light conditions. For a 5-year-old phone, its price is quite steep, but it remains a VFM phone for anyone who wants an iPhone and doesn't want to sell a kidney to get the latest. As a negative, I would add the battery; generally, many don't seem to understand that the battery drains depending on how someone uses it and the health of the battery. My mother and I bought the 14 Pro Max on the same day, and two years later, hers had 92% health and mine had 89%. Also, the device heats up extremely quickly at 11, but this happens with all iPhones.
Would I recommend someone to buy it? Yes, I would recommend it, but if they want it for professional-type photography, then no.
Also, a small note that Apple is currently providing iOS 18.1 for a 5-year-old model, which is very positive.
I have had it since 2019 and even today it flies! It still supports the latest iOS version and for simple use by a non-demanding user, it is top-notch! Its camera is excellent and takes amazing night photos.
Mobile! After five years it still rocks! The battery dropped to 83% as is natural! There is no better operating system than iOS. In the case of Apple, a saying fits perfectly: "You get what you pay for!" I have had an iPhone since the iPhone 4. I made the mistake of switching to android for 3 years and changed 3 phones in 3 years because they all had some kind of issue and I got rid of them (from the company that is Apple's biggest competitor). For the last 4.5 years(!) I have had this phone!!! FOUR AND A HALF YEARS!!! The only thing that has happened is that the battery has reached 76% and needs to be replaced, but I will upgrade to another model now anyway. Since November 2019.... The phone still works perfectly, it has NO ISSUES!!! Incredibly fast with no glitches. It can still be easily bought! Its camera is truly amazing, I love this phone.
Very good quality flawless top. Clean professional phones. It doesn't freeze, it doesn't lag, it doesn't break, it doesn't spoil. I use it for purely professional work. It recommends my first iPhone (specifically my first Apple device). For so many years I had and have Android phones, I once had Windows Phone as well. I am rewriting the review since I have had the phone for over 2 years as my main phone and I am considering switching to the iPhone 16, as the 15, while it brought Type C, has a bad reputation with overheating and constant bugs, although the phone is performing well so far. Listening and seeing so many years about Apple devices and software, I ended up with this little gem from Apple, because I want 3 simple things and Apple offers them at the expense of its high prices: 1) smooth user experience without lags and bloatware, 2) flawless software and hardware integration and between devices, 3) premium well-crafted design and build quality. Let's move on to the positives of the iPhone 11 (256GB) RED model, with a Spigen case. The differences with the iPhone 12 in terms of speed, cameras, and user experience are very small to negligible, but with the 14 and 15, enough to switch to another IF you are a very demanding user...... - Very good build and beautiful design. / IP68 certification. - The screen is Liquid Retina and although it is LCD and not OLED, it is honest and satisfactory, of course if you are used to Amoled screens it might seem a bit off.... - The phone does not lag at all and performs smoothly no matter what I do to it, even though it only has 4GB of RAM (it manages resources well, logical since software and hardware are designed by Apple to run everything). It has been tested with heavy games on Ultra settings and feels lag-free. - It receives software updates, meaning it will even get iOS 18, but imagine it started from iOS 13 in 2019 and has long support. - The cameras, especially the two on the back of the phone (wide and ultra wide 0.5), are simply outstanding, at a level that after this you go for a DSLR camera, very good also the night mode. The video is stable, cinematic as if you have the phone on a gimbal, in night shooting the video could have a better night mode but it's not a big deal. - FaceID is incredibly convenient and incredibly capable, unlocking the phone instantly even in complete darkness. - Much safer and smoother operating system with a flawless user experience compared to android, but also very limited and closed in terms of customization and other practical uses as a developer / automator that I am I have a second Android phone for these tasks..... - It syncs my contacts, gmail, outlook, everything works as it should from social media to phone calls. - Perfect and bidirectional collaboration with Macbook and AirPods and generally with all Apple devices. Let's move on to the negatives and neutral impressions... - I wanted the battery to last longer, it lasts a day for me with heavy usage, for a high-end phone (with a 3110 mAh battery it's a bit of an issue) it could last 2 days with heavy usage but generally all smartphones have this issue, but still it is a very quality battery since I have the phone new from July 2021 until now November 2023 with 90% health it is incredible of course I don't play games, nor am I on social media all day, and I charge it from 30% to 90%.
- It does not include a charger, only the cable, which is unacceptable considering that even devices worth 150€ had a 22W fast charger included in the box. So, you have to buy a genuine Apple 20W fast charger for about 25€ or a high-quality 20 ~ 30W charger with a Type C port that supports Power Delivery.
- Transferring mp3 files, photos, pdfs, and zip files from a PC (Windows 10) was difficult for me because iTunes did not help as much as I thought, and I had to search for third-party apps to transfer them to my iPhone from a PC with Windows 10. While on Android, you can simply copy and paste and you're done. Here, try using 3utools.
- The price is a bit high, but if you bought it in early 2020 or 2021 and have it until now, keeping it until the end of 2024, it has paid off. The processor, software, and cameras are unbeatable.
- The upgrade to iOS 15 made the phone noticeably faster, and the battery lasts a little longer. Along with the new features, iOS 16 initially caused the phone to freeze, but it improved after version 16.4.
- The Lightning charging port is an issue when all Android phones and now the iPhone 15, as well as many gadgets, have USB Type C. So, you have one cable for everything instead of many different ones.
- The phone does not lag at all and performs flawlessly. From 2021 to now in 2023, even with only 4GB of RAM, it manages resources well, which is logical since the software and hardware are designed by Apple to run everything. It has been tested with heavy games on Ultra settings, and there is no lag. Everything opens and runs smoothly.
- In Benchmarks (November 2023 tests) with iOS 17.1.1, the phone impresses in performance, surpassing many Android mid-range phones from 2023 with 8GB of RAM in Geekbench 6 and Antutu v10. The A13 Bionic processor from 2019 is very powerful, and sometimes I think it is wasted in a phone, let alone the A17 Pro in the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which has so much power that it surpasses the average processing power of desktop computers used by many businesses and homes in Greece and other countries. The iPhone 11 still counts if you have it; it will comfortably serve the average user until the end of 2024. But if you are a demanding user, go for the iPhone 14 Pro or higher, where you will see significant differences. If you want to buy a good mid-range phone, it is not worth getting the iPhone 11, even if it is refurbished, as it will not have the same excellent battery as the original and may not have the special adhesive around it for waterproofing, or an OLED screen, 120Hz, 5G support, and updates beyond iOS 18. If it does receive iOS 19, the 4GB of RAM and overheating will become an issue. I recommend the Samsung Galaxy A54/A55 for this price range, which would be a better choice than the old iPhone 11. If you still want the Apple ecosystem or are willing to spend more money, you should go for at least the iPhone 14 to make it worth the money...
The iPhone 16 Pro, with its new USB Type C port and 8GB of RAM, will be a worthy replacement with significant differences. But still, I love my iPhone 11, as many others who have it do. It is a historic phone in terms of sales.
If you take care of the battery, it will last in good condition for at least a year. It is a very good price for its memory, fast with the quality of the company. It came with a free screen protector and a transparent silicone case
I bought it brand new with a receipt for about €365 around 8/2023. So,

After 6 months, the battery is at 99% and lasts all day with calls, browsing, and Spotify Social Media.
It receives iOS updates for at least 2 more years.

Photos are very good for my needs.

For a budget iPhone, it is worth it, especially buying it new
I acquired this specific phone by purchasing two used ones for spare parts, from advertisements and assembled one, having spare parts for future replacement on the side.
Out of the two batteries, I chose to use the one with the lowest health percentage, 74%, for first use. (The other one has 98%).
My review will focus exclusively on the battery life, as the rest of the features are well-known, since even today in 2024, this particular model excels in all areas!!!!!!
Well. With a battery health at 74%, it comfortably lasts me 2 days, but I charge it every night with approximately 50% battery remaining and with full usage.. Phone calls, all kinds of messages, social media, browsing, a lot of YouTube, full camera usage, and overall heavy usage.
Now, I can't understand why some people complain about the battery life.
While there is a permanent Apple notification on the phone for battery replacement, I see that with the amount of usage I do, it will last me for much longer.
It is the first time I bought an iPhone. I will not buy another mobile phone again. The best thing I have ever bought in a mobile phone, and I have had almost all the brands in smartphones in the past.
You new users bought an iPhone 5 years old, don't have expectations like the battery doesn't last, overheating, etc, etc, countless completely useless things. The mobile phone is very value for money. After 5 months of use, almost positive points:
OBVIOUSLY the incredible camera it has, has nothing to envy from newer models and there are small differences from the 15 after a side-by-side comparison. Especially the 4k video surprises me every time.
It is very fast, rarely freezes and only if you have overloaded it, but even then it will freeze for a few seconds.
I play call of duty without any problems for hours and with very nice image quality.
Many features and coming from many android devices, I don't feel like I'm missing anything.
As for the negatives, I would mention the battery life. It is not extremely low of course, as with heavy use that I do and because I charge it up to 80% (so that the battery health does not decrease), it lasts me about 6-7 hours with small charging in between. However, there will definitely be a difference compared to android phones, but nothing that cannot be fixed with a simple power bank. The battery health after 5 months is at 98%, a quite satisfactory percentage and it is good not to charge the phone and use it at the same time, do not charge it up to 100%. I use the classic 5-watt charger and the fast one ONLY if I absolutely need it and the fast charging is also incredible. Finally, avoid letting the battery drop below 20% and not charging it.
I have had it for 4 years and I am completely satisfied. I use it a lot for social purposes and the battery has now dropped to 85%. It was bought at a high price of 969€ but it is worth the money. The issue is that it needs to be charged almost every day.

If it gets iOS 19, the 4GB RAM and overheating will start to become an issue. I recommend the Samsung Galaxy A54 / A55 for the money you would spend on the old 11, but if you want the Apple ecosystem or are willing to spend more, you should at least go for the iPhone 14 to make it worth the money...

I have it for 2 years, it is quite good, but the battery does not hold up as it did in the beginning. It is worth its money, I can say
I bought it in December 2020... I still haven't changed it!!! FLAWLESS IN EVERYTHING... it didn't give me any reason to complain about anything! Amazing camera even in low light conditions... the processor performance is still unbeatable... it does everything without lagging! The only thing that has decreased is the battery life, which is completely normal after 3 years of owning it, but I should note that the phone never leaves my hand!! It's the first time I've kept a phone for so long and I still don't think about changing it
I give it 3 stars because it wasn't very good. The camera is good but I don't recommend it. DO NOT BUY IT. The battery is terrible, it doesn't last at all. And as soon as you turn it on, it starts overheating and then it doesn't charge. Okay, it's old, but if it cost 250€, it would be perfect for its price. But it costs 350-550€
Really perfect especially the version with 128GB flies, plays games wonderfully and takes perfect photos and videos, I highly recommend it truly perfect especially for its price. As for its battery, it really lasts for a whole day with heavy usage.

I have had it for a year now and I can say that it has fallen down many times without the case and nothing has happened, the battery still lasts for many hours and it is still as fast as when I first got it. I highly recommend it and it is worth every penny.
Excellent tool in the hands of an everyday user. Although there are better options in the market for its price, the incredibly polished IOS software and the fast processor, combined with a triple lens setup for clear photos and videos, make it a very good entry-flagship mobile phone. The battery is a serious issue for many users, personally I have gotten used to it and know how to use it to last a whole day.
When I bought my phone, it seemed pretty good, but after a year of use, I have to say, stay away from Apple. The battery is very bad, which is the most important thing for a phone, and it has exhausted me a lot in this aspect. Also, the phone constantly increases its temperature for no reason and lowers the brightness of the screen.
It broke within 1 year of operation. A little water splashed on it from a distance and the next day, goodbye.. only replacement from Apple.. Supposedly it is waterproof for half an hour at depth. Unacceptable! Also, in the two years of operation, it suddenly broke for my friend as well.
It is not worth it in 2023. It is downgraded in everything, the only reason to buy it now is if someone wants to have a "budget" iPhone in quotation marks because the later models cost much more.
Fragile in general, the rear window broke even though it was inside a case and there was no major impact. The cost of repair is enormous, simply...
