With the V60, in addition to the variety of coffee you will use, you can control the two most important parameters for coffee preparation, namely temperature and the duration that water comes into contact with the coffee beans. Adjust the flavor and intensity of the coffee according to the flow rate. Fast flow for a light coffee or slow flow for a strong coffee.

• Grind your coffee and place about 20-24gr in the filter for 2 servings (240ml)
• Boil water and let it cool down to about 90-95℃
• Pour the water over the coffee grounds, avoiding the sides of the coffee maker and the paper filter. Try to keep the water level consistent in the filter, about halfway to three-quarters of its height
• Pour a total of 240ml of water
• Let it sit for 3 minutes and serve
