I will evaluate the mobile phone based on the two purchases that have been made and provide an overall opinion.
I had bought this particular phone for my grandmother's sister, who only wanted it for calls. Furthermore, she wanted it to ring loudly so she could hear it and to end any call by closing the flip. I had seen this specific phone and decided to buy it because I liked the charging base it came with. Until today, after 2 years, she is satisfied.
After my grandmother saw that her sister was satisfied and impressed with the number pronunciation during typing, she requested the same phone and without hesitation, I bought it for her.
She is also satisfied until today, as when she had a problem with the battery, we contacted the company and bought a new one. I should note that due to her age, she does not want to send SMS or use the other functions, so if a person is more familiar with technology, they may find some issues that the two grandmothers did not encounter.

It was purchased 20 days ago for an elderly person. The reason for the strict criticism is its relatively user-unfriendly menu. Its negatives are:
1. The way it displays contacts: it shows the name and when you hover over it, it turns blue and displays the number below and slightly to the right, which confuses the elderly person. There is no option to change the display method.
2. In the name entry, it only allows up to 7 letters (However, it shows the entire name that was previously in the SIM).
3. In the settings for where the scroll buttons lead, while there are several options to choose from, such as calendar, video, music, etc., there is no option for contacts. Therefore, to access contacts, you have to go to the menu --> contacts, etc.
So, I would like it to be a bit more user-friendly.

Such phones need a sturdy casing, even if they cost 5 euros more. That would be value for money for an elderly person's mobile phone!
I bought 2 for my parents, and my father, while it was in his pocket, somehow got scratched - probably when he got into the car - and the screen broke, which costs as much as a new phone (without considering the labor that will cost an additional 20 euros).
