Usage and Care Instructions:

• Cutting should always be done on a wooden or plastic cutting surface.
• Do not expose the blade to heat or direct flame.
• Do not use the knives on frozen foods or for opening containers.
• When cutting acidic foods such as lemons, oranges, tomatoes, etc., it is advisable to wash the blade immediately because it is made of stainless steel which contains a small percentage of carbon, hence the blade can stain if not cleaned.
• Hand washing is preferable; however, if placed in the dishwasher, it is advisable to dry with a soft cloth immediately after washing.
