• The cutting should always be done on a wooden or plastic cutting surface.
• Do not expose the blade to heat or direct flame.
• Do not use knives on frozen foods or to open containers.
• When cutting acidic foods such as lemons, oranges, tomatoes, etc., it is advisable to wash the blade immediately.
• The blade may stain if not cleaned because it contains a small percentage of carbon.
• Hand cleaning is preferable. If placed in the dishwasher, it is advisable to dry it with a soft cloth immediately after washing.
