Icel knives are made in Portugal. The blade is made of stainless steel and the handle is made of bakelite, a material very resistant to daily use. They are ergonomically designed to offer comfort in grip and stability. Suitable for domestic and professional use.
Usage and Care Instructions:Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
It has a very good, ergonomic grip and with proper sharpening, it is a very good budget knife for professional use.
Very good knife for light professional use or full-on home use. It lasted me a season in a restaurant. The teeth will round off over time and it won't cut like the first day it was purchased, but you can sharpen it and bring it back. Very good for vegetables, bread, and thick cuts of meat. I would buy it again
Without having experience with this type of knives, I bought this one after reading the positive reviews here. It left me completely satisfied with the amateur home use that I do. It cuts everything, easy to use, light in the hand.
A very good knife with a blade made of - not top quality but good quality - stainless steel alloy, at a very good price. Its handle is also made of good material and ergonomic. For its price, it is better than much more expensive and more famous European (German) knives. It is quite far from the design, philosophy, and implementation of Japanese knives in all areas (weight, thickness and handle design, blade height, sharpening, and maintenance).
Very satisfied with the purchase. It cuts perfectly, to the point where you have to be a little careful not to risk cutting yourself with the blade. Its durability will be evident over time, but for now, it seems solid. Its handle is neither heavy nor light, of course.
Update 09/2023: Two years and many cuts later, it continues to cut just as well as the first day. If you take care of it and don't hit its blade, you will be satisfied for many years.
Cuts like a razor! The durability over time remains to be seen, but for now, it slaughters and has a very good balance as weight distribution in the hand

Fair for its price. Will show how it will withstand over time
Cuts perfectly, the blade is not non-stick but it doesn't stick
