Instructions for Use and Care:

• Cutting should always be done on a wooden or plastic cutting surface.
• Do not expose the blade to heat or direct flame.
• Do not use the knives on frozen foods or for opening cans.
• When cutting acidic foods such as lemons, oranges, tomatoes, etc., it is advisable to immediately wash the blade, as it is made of stainless steel which contains a small percentage of carbon for proper sharpening and greater durability. Therefore, the blade may stain if not cleaned.
• Hand washing is preferable. If it is placed in the dishwasher, it is advisable to dry with a soft cloth immediately after washing.
