Description
PETG Transparent Yellow 1.75 mm 1000 g filament for 3D printers is a high-quality material, produced in the Netherlands. The actual filaments ensure that the PETG is of good quality with a consistent diameter, providing the best 3D printing experience.
PETG is ideal for beginners and independent users, as it is easy to print and offers a good balance between printability and durable prints. The base material is very transparent, providing semi-transparent results. Real also offers PETG in transparent colors.
The printing temperature is higher, which increases the thermal resistance of the print compared to other materials. If there are issues with holes, it is recommended to try a higher temperature. PET-G (glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate) is a very strong and water-resistant thermoplastic, with a beautiful glossy finish.
- PET is a well-known plastic, primarily in the production of soft drink bottles.
- Recently, this material has become very popular for 3D printing, combining multiple excellent properties of both ABS and PLA.
- Printing with PETG is almost as easy as with PLA and requires a little more effort.
- Self-adhesion is very strong, which is why the first layer should be pressed as much as PLA to avoid accidents.
- Layer adhesion is excellent, making the final result very strong and flexible.
- PETG does not stick well to other materials, as the glue does not have good adhesion.
- Another great feature of PETG is that neutral palettes are nearly glass-clear, offering wonderful transparent colors.
- PET-G can be printed with or without a heated bed with minimal warping, though using a heated bed at 65 degrees is recommended.
- For the extrusion temperature, 245 degrees Celsius is the ideal temperature.

Reviews
- This review is about the colour: Orange
Very disappointing, tested at 230, 240, 250, 260. 0% fan 20 - 30 - 35 - 40. Printer Bambu A1, has very poor line separation, the 1st layer stuck to the bed, if I removed it right after the print finished it was deformed, if I removed it when it was completely cool it stayed on the bed, I managed to remove it well at about 40 degrees but still very dissatisfied.
