I have had it for quite a while, the temperature is very strong, I was using it on the 2nd heat setting and it burned my hair. It is heavy, the material is not of good quality, it seems that if it falls it will break. The little combs are very clever but they often unclip. The steam is very little, I always use demineralized water. Overall, I don't think I wasted my money but I am not satisfied.

The scale is defective, when I step on it at the same time, the values fluctuate up and down half a kilo. So what do I do, I step on it 4 times and whichever value repeats I assume that's my weight. Isn't that unacceptable? The customer service was not helpful at all.

It is hazelnut praline, meaning very sweet and slightly aromatic for my taste. I would not buy it again. I prefer to get the raw hazelnut, it is much better.

With 4 applications, my hair (dyed, thin, dry) appears more hydrated, but it requires a good amount of serum to go through all the hair. Along with the serum, I use the elixir oil and the Apivita mask.
