I have had them for about two years and I use them daily for training. They are very stable in application and do not move from their position, except when I sweat and then they need a little adjustment. Also, when I speak or make facial expressions or movements during exercise, they are very stable. The sound is very good, as well as the conversation. They have fallen down, of course, but they haven't suffered any damage. Overall, I have never used headphones so much before.

However, I can say that it keeps me going and I can have a intense workout after 2-3 hours. Now, taste and texture are subjective to each individual. Not everyone likes the same things, but whoever buys it should not forget that they are getting a bar with 60% protein and not a pastry from the bakery.

Don't be fooled by the 180 tablets. The dosage is 2 tablets twice a day, so the box only lasts for 30 days and it is expensive for one month. In comparison, I found that 3 tablets provide the same amount as other vitamin supplements from different brands, so I have stuck with taking 3 tablets a day. I will choose a different brand next time.
