For the past 2 years, it has helped me with the health of my gums due to periodontitis. My doctor saw it and encouraged me to continue using it. It provides energy to the body for about 4 hours. It's better than a good multivitamin. Within an hour of taking it, urine turns yellow due to its high vitamin C content. I can't tell if it helps with the immune system because I have been getting the flu or catching Covid for these past 2 years and they don't go away easily. I don't see a decrease in stress on the nervous system. The stars are for the gums and that's it.

On 15th February 2022, it's good for 14.5 euros. I combine it with a 9000-page toner. You can use it up to 30000 pages, as it says, but I... I change it when I change the toner or keep it if I have another used toner. I print 100 - 150 pages daily.
