I am familiar with the subject of the book. I read half of it. I found it overly verbose and boring. A 300+ page book that could have been written in 100. Many decorative paragraphs. It also cites "research" where it seemed to me that the conditions, assumptions, and data were such that they led to the conclusion they wanted. And in general, it left me with a sense of arbitrary conclusions.

30-40 euros, which is not a small amount of money for headphones, and one would expect the basics.
The only positives are the cushions and the noise isolation.
The sound is muffled as if you have wrapped the headphones with a rubber band.
Their volume is not what it should be.
When they are connected but no music/sound is playing, you constantly hear a scratching noise, which is obviously related to their insulation and circuitry.
The notification sounds they have for button presses are terrible.
Inside the headband, there is a hard lump that you have to forcefully stretch to open a bit, so that you don't feel like you have a vice on your head.
Unfortunately, I bought them because I couldn't find the Sony ones those days. Disappointing.

Economical, beautiful, easy installation, with a switch, cool white light and 2 blue LEDs. For economical aquarium lighting, it is very good. It provides strong illumination for up to 20 liters of aquarium. For larger liters, maybe 2 fixtures are needed.

Objectively 2 stars. In reality, it's not worth it. It may be functional, but it has cheap construction. It is inflexible, the lining is plastic and not fabric, the plugs are fake and open. Overall, very frilly and inflexible, putting the weight on the device's plugs.
