Good ladder quite easy to use, allows access to high points by carrying it easily as it is very lightweight and compact when closed. Simple way of operation that seems durable. Perhaps the only concern is the assembly of the parts as when you go up high you feel it has a little "play". Time will tell.

I have had it for a year. I didn't like that it would go into sleep mode after a short (in my opinion - a few minutes) period of time. It also started to lose its accuracy as you add ingredients and the measurement doesn't change (especially in small quantities where 1-2 grams matter). I bought it for the good reviews, but for its price, I was not satisfied.

Half of the labels do not print from the printer. Those that were in the box did not have this problem.

Aside from the printing issue, it was noticed that towards the middle of the roll, the labels were poorly glued, resulting in the machine cutting them, causing half of the sticker to turn inside, stick to the blade, and create a feeding problem. (Besides the hassle of cleaning the blade afterward)
In my opinion, it is better to buy original labels that are a little more expensive and work properly (if there is not a huge workload—because there we are talking about professional machines like Zebra anyway) rather than no-name ones that cost you more than the waste you have.
