First, I will talk about the cooler. Yes, it is bulky and one should check if it fits in the case they have or plan to buy before purchasing. However, this is not a negative thing. On the contrary. The cooler is truly a "gem" in my opinion and adds a different dimension to the whole build, especially if you have a case with a side window! As for its performance, simply PERFECT! I have it on top of an i9 11900k in a case with good airflow (3 Noctua 140mm chromax black fans for intake and another three for exhaust, along with an additional Noctua 120mm Chromax Black) and the temperature of the processor does not rise more than 2-3 degrees higher than the ambient temperature in the worst-case scenario when rendering. Usually, it is only 1 degree higher than the ambient temperature! And this is while running heavy programs (such as SolidWorks). As for noise, you simply can't hear it! NOCTUA has worked wonders in this area. As for the reliability of Noctua products, they are simply EXEMPLARY. Choose it not only over any other air cooling solution but also over any liquid cooling solution! Don't risk any potential failure of liquid cooling in your computer. Based on previous experience, Noctua products are truly for a lifetime!

Let's move on to the support, both from NOCTUA and the representative company in our country, CHECKMATE: SIMPLY PERFECT IN EVERY ASPECT! Let me explain. I bought the cooler and in my excitement to complete the assembly of my PC, I threw away the various boxes and two out of the four metal clips that hold the fans on the cooler. I contacted CHECKMATE, and the people there were more than polite and helpful! They themselves contacted Noctua, and I also sent a message to Noctua. In two days, Noctua sent me new clips free of charge. Then, CHECKMATE contacted me to make sure everything was okay. THANK YOU ALL!

Το αγόρασα για καινούργιο build. Το περίμενα πολύ καλύτερο βασιζόμενος σε φωτο και στα χαρακτηριστικά του όπως γραφονται στο site της deepcool. Προσοχή : παρά το ότι γραφει στο επίσημο site μπροστα ΔΕΝ παιρνει 3 fan 120mm ή εναλλακτικά 3 fan 140mm !!! Παίρνει όντως 3 fan 120mm η τοποθέτηση των οποίων ακυρώνει την θέση για drive 5,25' (πχ dvd ή άλλο εξάρτημα) αλλά 3 fan 140mm ΔΕΝ χωράνε με τιποτε !!!. Προσωπικά έβαλα μπροστα 2 fan noctua 140mm chromaxblack μαζί με επιπλέον σίτες 140mm για περισσοτερη προστασία από σκονη. Η σίτα που εχει μπροστά είναι στηριγμένη με 4 βίδες... Αυτό δημιουργεί έναν ενοχλητικό σπαστικό θόρυβο ανα διαστήματα ανάλογα με τις στροφές των ανεμιστήρων. Θα πρεπει να σκεφτώ μία λύση στερέωσης που ναι μεν θα ακυρώνει τον θόρυβο που κανει η σιτα οταν χτυπάει αλλά ταυτόχρονα θα μου επιτρέπει να την βγάλω για καθάρισμα. Επίσης αν βάλετε dvd ο ενας απο τους ανεμιστήρες που ενδεχομένως θα τοποθετήσετε πάνω θα έχει μειωμένη αποδοση γιατι το dvd καλύπτει σχεδόν τον μισό ανεμιστήρα αφήνοντας απόσταση μεταξύ τους περιπου 4 cm... H σίτα που εχει στο κατω μέρος στην εισοδο αερα για το PSU είναι τοποθετημένη με εναν τροπο εντελώς της πλάκας... Για cable management ικανοποιεί πάντως.
Για τον ανεμιστήρα 120mm που έχει προτοποθετημένο πίσω : παρτε ενα τροφοδοτικάκι των 12 volt και συνδέστε τον εκτός κουτιού να σας κανει αέρα το καλοκαίρι....
Συνοψίζοντας : Σε σχέση με την τιμή του ειναι ικανοποιητικό για ενα PC μέτριων προδιαγραφων / απαιτήσεων και το προτείνω γι' αυτη την χρήση και τιμη. Μέχρι εκεί όμως... Αν θέλετε κουτί που θα σας επιτρέψει να το χρησιμοποιήσετε σε επόμενο καλύτερο build ή ένα κουτι για high end PC δείτε καποιο αρκετά καλύτερο (και με μεγαλυτερο κοστος όμως). Απλά περίμενα απο την deepcool κατι καλύτερο, ποιοτικότερο και περισσότερο μελετημένο...

I bought it about 9 months ago (Black Friday deal) and replaced the boot disk I had (a 1TB WD HDD). Processor AMD FX-8350, motherboard MSI 990FXA-GD80, 32GB RAM, graphics card MSI Geforce GTX-1650 super 4GB. From other cards, one for Wi-Fi (PCIeX1) and one PCIeX4 to SATA-III extender. In total, 19 old 3.5" SATA-II HDDs. I really saw a huge difference in speed!!! Despite the motherboard supporting SATA-II and not SATA-III, the computer truly came back to life. So far, it has logged 5,500 hours of operation and the SSD Wear Indicator just dropped to 97%. In terms of temperatures, simply flawless. Whatever temperature I have in the room, the SSD has the same, at most 1 to 2 degrees higher when transferring large files to the HDD for a few minutes. If someone has an outdated computer and wants to revive it, like I did, it’s worth it. However, note that I don't play games, so I don't know how it would perform in that regard. It's a shame to spend a ton of euros on a new computer when the old one can be "revived" with minimal money and meet your needs for a few more years. In conclusion: YES, I recommend it!!!

After 1 year of use, it continues to be reliable!!! It has 7,313 hours of use (which means an average of 20 hours a day the computer is on) and the SSD Wear Factor dropped to 96% the other day. It is about 50% full and I haven't noticed any significant drop in read/write speeds. I continue to recommend it!!!

Update after 1 year + 9 months of use: Despite the negative comments from some reviewers, mine has been a beast!!! 12,187 hours of use (average daily use of 20 hours) and the SSD Wear Factor dropped a few days ago to 93%. I don't notice a drop in read/write speeds. A little while ago, the accompanying software updated to the new version as seen in the photo. It has already paid for itself!!!

Update after 3 years + 2 months of use: It continues to be a beast!!! As seen in the image, 20,401 hours of use as master and a little while ago the SSD Wear Factor dropped to 86%. (average usage of 18 hours a day). Nevertheless, its speed has not dropped. The image shows its current performance. Keep in mind that the motherboard I have supports SATA-II and not SATA-III; it would perform even better in a newer system. The only thing I've noticed after so much time of use is that its performance drops about 5% to 10% if it is loaded above 65% - 70%. Periodically, I offload to an old 3.5" internal HDD and try to keep it 30% - 40% full. Do the same and you won't have any problems. This, of course, applies to the majority of SSDs. I had Win-10 enterprise as the operating system and for the past year Win-11 enterprise with all features enabled in both cases (this kneecaps performance but personally, I have no problem). Also, periodically the accompanying software updates automatically. For an old PC, it’s just what you need. When it gives up the ghost, I will get the same one again, if of course, the other parts of the PC last until then...

Update after 4 years + 1 month of use: It continues to be a beast!!! I have already switched to a Linux environment (Linux mint). I mention this because initially, I formatted 4 times (from version 21.1 to 21.2, then 21.3, and now to 22.0), which wears out an SSD due to increased file write/delete operations. Average usage is about 18.1 hours a day so far. Nevertheless, its health (Wear Factor) is at 83%!!! Its speed hasn't changed (as I wrote above it is). If Kingston had accompanying software for Linux it would be a treat (but there are other programs for Linux that I use to check its health, hours of operation, temperature, etc., so all good). I didn't expect such a beast!!! Kudos to Kingston!!!
