The keyboard was purchased on 18/02/21.

All keys have perfect response, VFM at 45.00 euros.

Regarding the metallic sound that many mention, it exists but cannot be heard with headphones. Through relative research, the Outemu blue switches have a relative sound of rebound on their own, and since I cannot find any manufacturing error, I speculate that there is some empty space in the center that creates some echo with the metal, as it is not uniform in intensity throughout the keyboard.

The lighting is very good, although slightly lower in brightness than the Satomi. The existing wrist support is satisfactory, mainly because I am used to a similar one and not in the form of an extension (like the Satomi). The side lighting is controlled ONLY by the relative keybind and not by the bundled software.

Regarding the software, although a bit bulky, it does its job. It includes key remapping (which can cover the lack of dedicated media keys), lighting control (only keys, it has several programs + the ability to have a different color per key in static mode), gaming mode that disables key combinations (e.g. alt + f4) and the Windows button, and finally the creation of macros.

Apart from that, it is a very good and relatively sturdy keyboard. If there was a version with Outemu red switches, it would be an instant buy.

Regarding others in its price category, it is a matter of personal preference. As a product, it is by far the best value for money, as its capabilities are worth at least 80+ euros from a more well-known brand, and in some cases, they don't even exist.

The i8 Backlit & i8 Black are essentially the same product, except that the backlit version also has a little bit of RGB (7 colors, they change on their own).

Now, the overall construction is extremely lightweight, to the point where you might think it's fake. The keys have a slight issue with noise when typing, and if you type too fast, sometimes it loses its way and captures only half of the keystrokes.

HOWEVER

it works. It had no signal issues, all the keys (media player, QWERTY keyboard, and menu) work perfectly fine on both PC and smart TV. The big difference is the touchpad, which surprisingly is better than many older laptops.

The battery charges with a micro USB, it has an LED indicator for signal, battery, and function, it automatically goes into idle mode if not used, and it includes a USB dongle. The controller has a removable backplate where the battery is visible, and there is a special slot for storing the dongle when it's not connected to any device. It also includes a charging cable, but without a plug (USB to micro USB, you can plug it into a PC/laptop/your charger's plug and it charges normally).

For the price of 10.00 euros, it is honest and functional.

The PSU market is both over-saturated with cheap brands of power supplies and experiencing significant shortages lately (we're talking about quarantine No.27453, February 2021), although it is slowly recovering.

2. The Gigabyte Aorus P850W has everything you can expect from a modern power supply. It is fully modular, meaning you can have the cables you need without cluttering your PC with unnecessary ones.

3. The cables are all thin and can be easily arranged, but they do not have any additional external shielding like the Corsair RM850, which has not caused any problems in 2 months of use. Because they are glossy, they may not appeal to some who prefer a more matte finish in combination with RGB.

4. The 80 Plus Gold category and multiple safety circuits leave your mind at ease about whether something will burn out in case of sudden power outages/voltage changes, which often happen in Greece, especially during rainy periods.

5. The packaging also includes a carrying bag (because every Wednesday you take the power supply to the park to do its business) from Aorus, which is good for storing extra cables/tools, etc.

6. Overall, a good purchase, quiet and very sturdy, but be careful about the price - up to 160.00 is very good for its wattage.

5800x, hidden diamond or overpriced gem that's not worth it?

Well, the processor is very good and fast, amazing for multitasking for work without sacrificing performance for gaming.

Is it worth the money? If you can't find or get the 5900x and don't want to go Intel, then yes. If you can spend a little more and get the 5900x, do it because the 5800x has one major drawback.

THERMALS

The processor runs hot, it burns down the village, burns the bread that grandma put in the oven, burns your food and it doesn't care.

If you don't have a top-tier liquid cooler, you need to work to set limits on PBO and possibly do a little undervolting because otherwise it will run at 50C permanently and reach 90C under heavy load and throttle. Does this make it bad? Not at all because basically the motherboard manufacturers are to blame for this as they overvolt the Zen 3 in the UEFI and the 5800x, because it doesn't have a die across the entire surface of the IHS, only on one side, doesn't make perfect use of a conventional cooler and raises these temperatures.

I would recommend it if you need the cores or want to future-proof your PC (the new consoles are now 8 cores / 16 threads so many games will come out in the future for similar specs) and can't spend more for the 5900x or just if you know what you're doing (you can undervolt it from the max and overclock at the same time, so you have better temperatures and performance without losing anything and even with an air cooler, I run it with the Scythe Fuma 2, you get the same and better results with Noctua's dual tower).

Good processor, but the 10900K would give you +2 cores at a similar price.
