Why do they smell so bad? I was using another company's and they didn't have this issue. These smell really bad...

We have it in 3 colors. I hurried to get it for my kids.
The first thing I noticed when I filled it with water, was that it leaks water if you turn it upside down. The baby thinks it's a toy and keeps playing with it.
Also, it doesn't close easily, so if you put it in a bag, the bag gets wet because all the water has leaked out.
Otherwise, it does keep water cool for hours and doesn't retain any salt.

Worst product. I put 2 drops on hair up to the middle and still weighs them down and leaves them dull...

I have had it for 7 whole years, permanently plugged in, I never turn it off all these years and it hasn't had the slightest issue...

You just want to drink iron and with this product you are putting a bunch of sugar substitutes into your body. For what reason??

If installed correctly, it has incredible power.
It is not recommended to use a spiral hose (it will make noise and will not perform at its best)
Also, the manufacturer suggests a diameter of 150mm for the hose.
I used a plastic hose with a diameter of 150mm, only one corner and a short distance to the outlet. It doesn't make any noise, not even on turbo mode, and it sucks everything in. It is a bit difficult to find a plastic hose with such diameter (I found one in Kallithea, from a store specialized in extractor hoses).

Certainly, many people use a smaller diameter hose (which can be found everywhere and is also cheaper) and they use a spiral hose, and that's why the extractor doesn't work properly afterwards.

It has so much power that when the extractor is working on the 3rd and turbo mode, the top door opens with great difficulty...
