    Initially, I bought them to prevent my hands from slipping when doing pull-ups and to avoid calluses! Now I use them for all my exercises and I can't part with them in any workout.

    They are very durable, I use them daily and they haven't suffered any damage. They fit perfectly on the hand! Another positive is that you don't sweat like with gloves. Besides the non-slip material on the outside to prevent slipping, the padding on the inside, because it slightly increases your grip, offers even better hold on the handles whether I use them on machines or bars!

    The best purchase I have ever made for the gym!
