It does what it promises, but for the 2 months that I took it, it shortened my menstrual cycle to 23 and 18 days! As soon as I stopped taking it, the balance returned to 28 days. It is a hormone and obviously affects the others as well. I would not take melatonin again. Additionally, it caused me headaches.
