I did a lot of research before purchasing a robot vacuum cleaner, as I like to call them. Among many models, this is the best choice in its category.

First of all, Dreame, like Roborock, is a sub-brand of Xiaomi. They all work with the Mi Home app (available for Android & iOS).

App & Features:
With the Mi Home app, you can easily connect it to your account and have full control over the vacuum cleaner and all its functions. The connection is made via Wi-Fi (2.4ghz only, meaning the common Wi-Fi).
1) You can start by having it do an initial cleaning where it fully maps the space simultaneously.
2) The map appears in the app, automatically divided into zones. You can edit these zones, rename them according to the room, and choose the functions it will perform, such as no mopping in a specific room/zone or in a specific area/part (e.g., carpet).
3) Mopping is done simultaneously with vacuuming: it vacuums the front and mops the back. Essentially, it touches and drags the mop device where the detachable mopping device is located (filled with water) with the cloth that gets moistened by its mechanism.
4) It has 3 levels of suction power for vacuuming, and you can set different power levels for each zone.
5) It automatically detects the presence of a carpet and adjusts the suction power to the maximum while on top of it.
6) You can set automations, trigger other events or devices (Smart), or simply set specific days and times for it to clean.
7) It has a Do Not Disturb mode, where after the set time, none of its functions will be activated, even if it's on automation (e.g., not functioning during nighttime hours when we sleep, etc.).
8) You can set No-go zones and virtual walls on the map, so it never goes to specific areas (e.g., balcony, in case the balcony door is open).
9) If the mopping device is attached to the robot vacuum, it will automatically vacuum AND mop.
10) If it gets stuck somewhere, it stops, alerts you through its speaker, and sends a notification to the app.
11) It informs you about any function and movement through its built-in speaker, even if it's charging.
12) If the battery runs out while it's doing its job, it returns to the charging dock and then continues from where it left off.
13) It is compatible with Alexa, so you can command it to clean using voice commands.

Navigation & Performance:
1) With 4 IR sensors (sides and bottom), 2x Laser LIDAR 3D, the sensors/bumpers on the front sides, and the SLAM algorithm, it won't hit or fall from stairs, gaps, etc. (edge detection).
2) It doesn't get tangled with cables, hair, etc.
3) It avoids obstacles extremely well (socks, books, pets, pillows, slippers, toys, and anything larger than 3mm).
4) It doesn't touch any surface by 90%, but it reaches within breathing distance and moves with great precision.
5) Vacuuming on low and medium-pile carpets is more than satisfactory.
6) Mopping is satisfactory, and if done daily, it keeps the floor really clean.
7) Excellent autonomy: 50sqm of vacuuming and mopping in 45 minutes, and it returns to the dock for charging with 75% battery remaining. Maximum continuous usage duration is 2.5 hours (5200mAh).
8) It easily fits under most raised furniture (e.g., Sofa, table, bed)
9) Easily climbs small obstacles

11) Can also operate autonomously (without using the app). Place it wherever you want and press the main button (On) for sweeping/mopping in the entire available space or the button with the interrupted square for sweeping/mopping in a specific room. 12) Suction power at 4000pa, while 80% of other comparable robot vacuums are at 2500pa, and the more expensive Roborock S5 is at 2000pa
13) 570ml dustbin (up to 3 cleanings of a 50sqm area without emptying) and 270ml water tank (up to 3 moppings of a 50sqm area without refilling).

Noise:
Moderate noise in all functions.

CAUTION!
1) Only use water in the detachable mopping device.
Do not use cleaning agents or other products as they will damage the system and water pumps.
2) If washing the HEPA filter, it must be fully dried before the next use.
Otherwise, the internal humidity sensor will prevent the device from functioning.

TIPS ;)
1) Spray the cloth with any cleaning/disinfecting agent you want (even chlorine).
As the device dispenses water onto the cloth, it will simultaneously mop and disinfect.
2) The cloth is reusable and washable for several uses. It is replaceable, and you can purchase additional ones, as well as other replacement parts.
3) The main brush, side brush, and HEPA filter are reusable and washable for several uses (their lifespan is indicated in days within the application).
They are replaceable, and you can purchase more.
4) Adjust your space appropriately so that the device can pass through most areas undisturbed. Move or lift curtains from the floor, install hooks on the wall to hang bar stools (if you have them), lift the sofa cover to allow access underneath (otherwise, it will see it as an obstacle), move office chairs to allow access under the desk, etc.
5) Always keep your space tidy for maximum results. (Shoes/slippers in their place, cables organized, clothes in their place, etc.)
6) Use scented water (e.g., for ironing) for a pleasant freshness in the room.

Times:
For a 50sqm area:
approximately 35 minutes for sweeping and mapping (first time)
approximately 28 minutes for sweeping
approximately 45 minutes for sweeping and mopping

Summary:
The best choice for its category and price.
We can walk barefoot, and there is nothing on the floor to stick to our feet.
On YouTube, you will find countless videos considering it the best choice for 80% of buyers.
Another excellent option, with an additional €50, is the Z10, which includes the same robot vacuum but with a charging base that also serves as an automatic dustbin emptying system during each charge.
