    I think it's the best probiotic! I, who have irritable bowel, it has helped me quite a bit. But even if you eat something that bothers your gut, in two days you're fine!! I take it every day for a week and the second week every other day and it's amazing!

    Well, I used them for a year. They cut 33db of noise.. You might wake up after 4-5 hours with a sweaty ear, but not always. If you place them according to the instructions, correctly, they cut well, but since I found the colorful ohropax earplugs that cut 35 db of noise while searching, I got used to the ohropax color, they are a bit harder and bigger and cut quite a bit... because I really have a problem with sleep and on top of that neighbors with parquet.. and the hansaplast worked but now with the ohropax color it works more, just they are not for everyone due to hardness.
