I bought it on sale for 375 euros. Although I received it in a complete package, when I tried to open it in front of me, the protective film from the refrigerator was missing. I took the risk and kept it because everything else was untouched and I didn't regret it. Indeed, the door has a slight creak, but a drop of silicone lubricant (avoid WD-40 type lubricants) on the hinge pins eliminated the noise. I also changed the door, which took some time, but if done carefully, you can avoid leaving any scratches. It has a plug on the door joint that needs to be connected to a similar orphan plug located next to it, otherwise the front indicators will not work even if you connect the plug on the new side. I am very satisfied with the overall performance of the refrigerator. I also bought a surge protector because I am passionate about electronics. In terms of consumption, it is approximately where the manufacturer states, without selecting extreme cooling settings and without opening the refrigerator too frequently. The measurement was done over a week using a watt hour meter. The tall bottles may require some skillful handling to fit on the door shelves, and finally, the refrigerator does not tolerate greasy or dirty fingerprints on its external surface.

I have the refrigerator in a vacation house and I found it not working after a few months when I returned to the house. I immediately called Morris service and they sent a technician within 1-2 days. The technician discovered a fault in the cooling element (see photo) at the point where aluminum meets copper. He informed the central office and they told him to patch it with epoxy, although he told me that the proper solution would be to replace the element and copper tube (with all the implications that entails, such as intervention in the insulation of the refrigerator, etc.), and he had reservations about the epoxy patch from the beginning (see photo). After applying the glue, he came the next day to test the circuit and add refrigerant. Then he had to change the filter because it had absorbed moisture, and after adding the refrigerant and the refrigerator started working, he told me to leave it running and notify him if anything went wrong. Unfortunately, the refrigerator, although it initially seemed to work, couldn't even maintain ice after a few hours. He came again the next day and after struggling with it for another 3-4 hours and changing 3 more filters because they kept absorbing moisture, he left it running again and told me to monitor it. After a few more hours, the refrigerator still didn't work properly. I spoke to the technician and told him that I would request a replacement from Morris. Fortunately, without any objections, the responsible people from Morris headquarters gave instructions to the chain where I purchased it to replace it for me. After a few minutes, they contacted me from the chain for the delivery details.

What I take away from the whole experience is the great inconvenience I went through, the mediocre internal build quality of the refrigerator, and the failure of the cooling element (-1 star). On the positive side, I will mention the quick activation of the service department and ultimately the replacement with expedited procedures.
The funny thing is that instead of choosing to buy another model by spending some extra money (there is nothing comparable in terms of technical specifications to the Morris at 375 Euros that I had bought), I chose to buy the same one again. How likely is it for something similar to happen again? Besides, I feel a certain sense of security from the service of Amoiridis-Savvidis, and it is not the first time they have covered me for a device malfunction.
