One of the best machines I have ever used!!! It stands perfectly, works flawlessly, and really protects well against burns. Its quality is unbeatable, with two different operating temperatures and a diameter of 7mm, it is clearly for professional use (Georgina has melted it with hundreds of hours of operation) with absolute precision.

Very mediocre and unacceptable in calls, second time I'm fooled with this company and I cry my money. Of course, you see hundreds saying what they say and you think they can't be so clueless and incompetent... but they are.

Extremely great knives, I have been using them for over two years and they perform exceptionally well in both special and everyday cuts without needing any sharpening so far!!!
