    Update after communication with Rev'it.
The jacket leaks water from the zippers. While the fabric is waterproof, the zippers are not. As a result, the ventilation openings in the sleeves and the pockets let in so much water in light rain that you'll be wondering what happened. Rev'it was infuriatingly indifferent in their communication with me, informing me that they have discontinued the model and are clearing it out, and that they appreciate my feedback for improvement, ignoring the fact that I paid money for something that is supposed to be waterproof. I don't expect Gore-Tex performance, but for a simple Greek drizzle, I demand to stay dry. I will not buy from this company again.

If you only move in dry conditions, the jacket is 5/5.

    181 - 94 kg - XXL and fits well.
    Positives:
    - Quality construction, I got caught in some brambles and it didn't suffer any damage. Nice zippers.
    - You can wear it comfortably in the city. Personally, I don't like the appearance of motorcycle jackets (only very expensive models look nice).
    - On a mountain trip (12°C) with a hoodie underneath, it kept me comfortably warm, which I didn't expect.
    - It has hard Knox protections and not the soft ones that Rev'it now has.

    Negatives:
    - It bothers me that it is short, while it is a winter jacket. Whatever you wear underneath spills out as you can see in the photo. I would like it to be longer in the front.
    - It doesn't have back protection +50 euros.
    - With a hoodie on, I couldn't close the neck, it suffocated me.

    UPDATE 22/12/2024:
An hour of light rain, the zipped pockets let water in and everything got wet, phone etc. The same goes for the lower sleeves.

  • I bought it for installation on a 12mm bar.
    Good construction, it seems sturdy.
Although the product was sealed, it had scratches.
The instructions were incomplete. I was trying to figure out which of the plastic spacers fits the diameter of the bar.
In general, it is an overpriced product that should cost half.
On the other hand, it was a one-way solution since the GPS I have relies on a ball and I couldn't find anything else for a 12mm bar thickness.

    • Quality
    • Is the device steady on the base?
    • Easy device use
    • Value for money
    • Ease of installation
  • I had doubts. Basically, I didn't want a luggage carrier under any circumstances. In the end, the choice was VERY good, now I travel comfortably, with my things organized. I can fit 2 full face helmets inside. At 58 liters, it holds a lot of items. The only thing I don't like is the plastic base that comes with the luggage carrier. I would prefer the fastening with the base to be metal.

  • Sturdy quality construction, very fair for its price and easy installation. I combined it with a SHAD suitcase (the SH58X) and now I travel very comfortably. I have tested it with a weight of 7-8 kilos of cargo + 3.5 for the suitcase. It seems quite strong. SHAD, in response to my question about the maximum weight, said that in combination with the suitcase I have, it can hold 10 kilos of luggage in the suitcase, so if you put something else on top, consider 13 kilos of cargo. The only thing I didn't like is that the screw replacing the one for the passenger footpeg is black instead of silver and looks bad. I will look to change it.

Relatively expensive for what it is, but what isn't expensive in the motorcycle space?
    - It is the only solution in the EU that is somewhat decent as a skid plate for CB500x-NX500, if someone doesn't want to pay customs/shipping outside the EU. Otherwise, if I could, I would get the Rally Raid from England.
    - Be careful, it is not a bash plate, but a foot for stones that are thrown, to prevent them from going to the exhaust and the engine. It is not meant for hitting, nor for hitting fixed obstacles; the engine is at risk.
    - It reflects the sound of the bike, something I didn't expect and is strange.
    - The factory bolt (14mm) that you remove and replace with the one from SW Motech forces you to carry two additional 17mm and 15mm wrenches in your kit, which are not needed anywhere else on the bike if you need to tighten something while traveling.
    - The installation instructions are poor, thank goodness for some videos on YouTube for their help. I installed it myself in about an hour, so you can too if you have the right tools and torque wrench.

I have many scales in my possession, from hundredths of a kilogram to 50 kilograms (for baking). This particular one has left me particularly satisfied. Lightweight, it weighs up to 15 kilograms of materials. Stainless steel surface that cleans easily. Its battery lasts a long time, unlike others that drain the battery even when not in use. I don't understand the negative comments about the product. Unless they are unfortunate and there is problematic quality control. Mine is excellent and I have had it for 3 years already. Finally, I should say that if the work you do requires precision, e.g., 2-3 grams, for example, if you are preparing yeast for dough, it would be good to get precision scales of 250-500 grams maximum. This one can handle 15 kilograms, therefore the deviation in these numbers is proportionally negligible and it is the user's responsibility to understand this.

  • Expensive but very good build quality. I will get back regarding its durability, but for now, satisfied.

  • Very good and honest for its price container. I put it in the side front bag on the handlebars and it has already helped me twice when I filled up gas on a long trip. It doesn't leak at all and its plastics are of good quality and thick enough to be rigid. I could have gotten a 5-liter for cheaper, but with my bike's consumption, the 2.5 liters are more than enough as a reserve to get me back into civilization, and the space it takes up is minimal due to its shape. If your bike "drinks" a lot, look for larger ones, unless you just want it as a reserve to get you to a gas station.

I never thought I would need earplugs until I took some long trips on the highway at 100-120 km/h, on a motorcycle with a low windshield. My head started to ring after the first hour, and my ears took a while to recover. After reading and purchasing these, I can say the difference is significant. You still hear sounds and noise, but the frequencies of the wind have noticeably decreased. If they are -20 dB as claimed, I can't know, but for me, they made a difference and the journey more bearable.

Excellent bag, it solved my luggage problem. Very spacious, but with the advantage that it compresses because it is soft. Initially, I wanted the 40L and the 60L was a mistake in the ordering. When I realized this upon receipt, I was ready to return it, but it turned out to be the right choice. Waterproof, folds up to save space, fits everything inside for a comfortable week-long trip. Especially if only the bag's loops are used for securing with an elastic strap, you can open it anytime you want and have immediate access to your items. Its durability will show, but for this price, it’s a no-brainer and seems VFM.
