Excellent effectiveness with 1 capsule per day. Test measurements: (31.5.21) 22.8 ng/mL for me and 18.5 for my wife (slight deficiency 10-30). We start taking D3. (19.1.22) 31.6 and 35.9 respectively (30-100 sufficiency). We continue with 1 capsule every 2 days.

As fabric quality design very good plus! Somewhere between 4.5 and 4.7 stars. Fabric with elegant embroidery (machine), in the photo they appear enlarged. I ordered Beige but what they sent me is closer to Mustard (however, much lighter/brighter than the photo). Luckily it matched very well with a light brown wooden table. Satisfactory fabric thickness. Worth it, either as an attractive everyday tablecloth or as a "good" tablecloth. Used for 1 month. Very good price. Pay attention to the color you will receive (that's why the 4 stars in the review).

Use for a month and a half. Cheap, but very good for everyday continuous use. Thin fabric, did not fade in the wash. Pleasant soft colors (I really enjoy it!) just like in the photo. What else would anyone want at this price?
