First tablet I buy, generally I have been using Apple products for over a decade but I never needed an iPad until now. It was purchased for professional use.
In the positives:
VERY fast, smooth and overall the user experience is excellent. The M2 has exceptional performance that makes multitasking smooth, I have no complaints. The screen and color display are vivid and impressive. For me, the Pro version may have been overkill, but I hope to keep it for years.
In the negatives:
The speaker is very mediocre to bad, I would expect something better from such a large device. You only hear treble and midrange, which at least are clear.
Battery life is also mediocre in my opinion, with heavy use you won't make it through the day.
The camera is also very bad in low light conditions. I was shocked, in a bad way, the photos come out so pixelated that it's as if I'm using a VGA camera. In daylight conditions it's okay though.
Overall, the tablet is powerful, but I don't know if someone doesn't want it for heavy professional use, if it's worth the difference compared to simpler models.

Owner for about a week, so the review is based on the usage during this period. Coming from an iPhone 7, the change is significant and the differences I saw were noticeable. The phone is very fast, apps open and close quickly and the overall user experience is very good. The camera (dual), renders colors beautifully in realistic tones, but it falls behind a bit in night shots and absence of light. Face ID is fast and the screen (now OLED) is very bright and clear. Finally, the design, which is "new" (in reality they have brought back that of the iPhone 5), is very beautiful and the fact that the edges are now "cut", personally makes it easier for me to use as the phone is held more comfortably in the hand, unlike the previous design, which in my personal use, slipped.

More or less the positives, iPhone users already know them, so I want to focus on what I didn't like. The side of the device is made of aluminum which in my eyes and in the feel of touch, seems cheap, which is bad for a 1000€ phone. Also, the glass on the back constantly fills with fingerprints, which in the black color are visible, while overall the phone doesn't seem so sturdy, it looks somewhat fake. What I want to focus on is Face ID. Coming from the 7 which had a button and opened with a fingerprint, I can say that Face ID more hinders me than it helps me in the daily use of the phone. You have to look at the phone, which is difficult when driving, for example, and now with masks, you have to constantly lift and lower the mask to recognize the face. Ideally, I would also like a fingerprint scanner, perhaps on the back of the device. As for the sound, the speaker is quite loud and the quality it produces is satisfactory, but it seems to me that it produces quite "high" sounds, compared to the 7 I had. Finally, as a first impression, the size seems slightly large to me, many functions require the use of both hands, perhaps it is due to the change and I will get used to it over time.

In conclusion, I have to say that the phone is worth it and personally, I don't know if someone should make the leap and go to the pro, apart from the macro camera and the external design (matte back and steel on the sides), I don't know if there is any significant difference in daily use. So if someone is not involved in photography, having the phone as their main tool, let them seriously consider the 12, the simple one, to save about 200€, which is the difference.
