    The neck traction collar was recommended to me by an orthopedic doctor, who emphasized that research has proven its beneficial involvement in the cervical area. I bought it and have been using it, the results are related to its long-term use and proper application. I haven't seen significant results yet, but I can mention a slight relief during use. I have been using it for about a month, 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon, it hasn't presented any problems, you just shouldn't overinflate it after each use, you find the right position which is: inflate it enough so that you can't turn your head right and left without feeling discomfort and pain. In any case, everyone should consult their doctor about their condition. For now, I am satisfied and would recommend it with the doctor's encouragement and instructions for proper use.
