I wish I could add a video instead of an image... Wasted money and the customer service is terrible... I bought the 24200i 24lt on 02-11-2021, started using it on 03-11-2021, and the motor makes a noise like an old refrigerator, a continuous trtrtrtrtrtrtrtrtr sound. I recorded a video and sent it to Morris... Oh, we need to check it, it shouldn't be behaving like that... I packed it and sent it back on 05-11-2021, they received it on 08-11-2021... On 15-11-2021, I called them myself and they told me they sent it back yesterday (14-11-2021), it passed the inspection and they changed the lighting???????? But I'm talking about the noise, I sent it because the motor is noisy... umm -yes- yes, it has been checked, they replied to me... So today, after letting the fluids settle, I have a small tractor at home. The noise is the same, of course, if I lift it by the handle, it stops (maybe I can hang it from the ceiling like a chandelier). Now, in terms of performance, it is excellent, I highly recommend it to people without hearing.
