We are very satisfied as a family. I have two children on the spectrum, one of whom does not produce melatonin naturally (she has never yawned in her life, as a baby she slept for 20 minutes, she has never napped) and now as a teenager, in her own words, "turning like a lamb on a spit" for an hour and sleeping irritably, with this spray she sleeps in 40 minutes peacefully and her mood has improved during the day because she enjoys her sleep. The important thing for her is that her mindset about sleep has changed from seeing it as an appointment with her nerves; now she looks forward to cuddling up and falling asleep "without even realizing it."

The little one always slept easily but would wake up in the night with nightmares; with the spray, he says he sleeps more "smoothly" and without nightmares or interruptions until morning, and thus the dark circles under his eyes have disappeared, and he is much more cheerful and cooperative.

As for me, with the increased demands of the role and my own, I would stay awake until 3 with a thousand thoughts and wake up at 6:50 with them and run (and of course, in the afternoons, I would drag myself and struggle to get through the day until evening), I also sleep with the help of the spray in a row from 11 to 7, and in the morning, I feel refreshed instead of bumping into door frames.

(I have tried melatonin with valerian in capsules from time to time and would wake up with nightmares, pure valerian and would wake up lethargic like a zombie = dazed chicken, and teas with chamomile, valerian, etc., which were nice but as soon as I lay down, my mind would race as usual…)

With the spray, I manage to lie down within 10-20 minutes, and in a maximum of twenty minutes, I feel a sweet sinking and goodbye, it takes my daughter 40 minutes and my son 10 minutes, so each organism has its own response time, but we all wake up smiling and friendly towards humanity.

Hearing this, my elderly father, who has been sleeping 4 hours for years (he was never a sleeper either, his max was 6 hours), asked me for it, but now he told me that his nervous system has been shattered from chronic insomnia, so today I got him some too (I will update with his impressions) and a friend who works nights also took some, so I will find out from there if it helped. For now, we have a 46-year-old weary mother, a 14-year-old, and a 12-year-old restless youth, all three ready to be brand ambassadors!

I received it as a gift and I also gave it as a gift to others this year. Excellent quality (it's not stainless steel or plastic, both of which have been criticized over time for how suitable they are for boiling water, I have no knowledge, I don't know but I definitely prefer glass and seeing what's happening). I use it daily now in its fourth year.

Whether it collects salts is the same valid question as "does the shelf get dusty". If you don't clean it, yes!
The salts depend on the water, (not on the kettle) and I don't know if there is water without salts... I add a little vinegar once in a while (about 50ml and water at the lowest level 500ml, I boil it and it shines like new after all these years. It has hosted water from an island, province, and within Attica, the secret is vinegar and this applies to all kettles of any brand. The good thing about a glass one is that you can see when it starts to get cloudy, with plastic and stainless steel ones you have to look inside and search for suspicious corners that may have retained dirt. That doesn't happen with this one, so its transparency is visible to visitors.

An additional advantage of this one is the temperature control (many herbs lose their therapeutic properties at the boiling point of water, and we're not going to use a special thermometer for a herbal infusion, so it makes it easier for me).

The fact that it changes colors is a substanceless effect that entertains small children a lot, well, it gives you visual feedback that you pressed the right button and didn't get burned, but it wouldn't affect my decision to buy it again whether it had interchangeable colors or not.

I have bought two for the kids (big kids, teenagers), while it heats up quickly in practice it is not convenient that it only has three settings. The best one I have ever had out of all the ones I have used (I happened to also buy a much more expensive one of Greek construction that ended up with my father) is from the well-known chain of German supermarkets that has 6 settings and a timer (for 1, 3, 6 or 12 hours) this is the most practical of all.

For the kids, I put it on 2 to get into the warm bed after their evening bath, as soon as they lie down we turn it to 1 (otherwise they have nightmares that they are burning in the fires of hell) and then I set an alarm on my phone to go and turn it off before I go to sleep. Very messy... a timer on one hand would save us the worry for all the winter months (and the damn worries accumulate, we don't need more) and on the other hand a six-level setting would make 1 feel like half of this specific blanket which would be ideal. Otherwise, after one winter of use, it hasn't caused any issues in terms of performance, operation, etc.

P.S. Another disadvantage I noticed is that the fluffy layer for the kids makes it feel much harder. We can't wait to take out the electric blanket for the summer to have the nice feeling and support of a proper mattress again!

I have an issue with my stomach (gastritis due to anxiety) and I am not currently experiencing any flare-ups. I have also completely cut out crepes, pastries, frying at home in general, loukoumades, fatty sauces, and heavy cooking with lots of oils and spices/seasonings from my diet for years. However, I have noticed that when I occasionally indulge, even for a short period of time, I suffer from prolonged pain (e.g. pizza, burger with french fries, etc.). It doesn't happen every time and it has to do with the cooking methods I encounter, the quality of the ingredients, and the way they are cooked. However, since I don't live in a bubble and these situations can arise, I always carry with me in my bag a smaller, lighter package (similar to vitamins) containing 2-3 of these pills and they help me a lot! The pain is reduced to simple indigestion (although I'm not doubled over in pain and rushing home) and the digestion time is reduced to normal levels (instead of feeling like I'm trying to grind stones and taking me a whole day to recover). In the case of very low-quality pizza (we won't mention names, but it was definitely not a pleasant experience), it couldn't reverse the pain and it took me days to recover. But it helps me a lot in light indulgences! Now, even my friends ask for it in our gatherings..

I use it two or three times a week for smoothies, creamy vegetable soups, to chop nuts, etc. and I also use the whisk (a very brutal word) for omelettes, recipes that involve mixing eggs with sugar or eggs with oil, it makes everything fluffy and quickly without hurting my hand due to tendonitis. Very practical, lightweight, does not easily overheat. Over the years, I have bought two more hand blenders (all Braun) depending on my budget each time (none of them broke, usually they were taken by mothers, mothers-in-law, and after moving houses, I found myself searching for a Braun hand blender again). In short, it is very helpful!!!
(P.S. The only drawback I find - as with any similar device - is the noise at 7 in the morning when I prepare smoothies for the kids and I'm afraid I disturb the neighboring apartments, a trick I found is to place the container on a towel and the towel on a tray (the ones we use when we want to place a hot dish) it somewhat reduces the sound transmission, although I have ended up making smoothies on weekends when we wake up later and I feel like I won't disturb as much. I hope future versions will be quieter.)
