I bought it for smoothies with frozen fruits. The first time the jug cracked and got stuck on the base and wouldn't come out at all. I am returning it with free shipping. The second one that came worked once and then...dead. I give 2 stars for the store's immediate response and for the suction cups on the bottom. Also very difficult to remove the jug because it sticks and is heavy.
