I didn't like this product at all. It doesn't keep your cup warm at all. The only time it does, is when you've drank most of your drink and you're about to drink your last sips. I've read several reviews and people were saying that you're supposed to pick a cup that allows heat to transfer. However, I've tried several cups and none of them seemed to work. Overall, my experience with the current product wasn't satisfactory.

After a while, the cable started to break, the cushions were tearing apart and the headphones were constantly disconnecting. It's better to spend money on something better and more expensive!

For 15 Euros, it's great. Especially for competitive gaming, even casual. It's worth it without a second thought for a start

For beginners, it's fine. For professional use, it's better to invest in something better. Happy shopping.
