WARNING: This is not a laptop bag:
1. It does not have a special zippered compartment that securely isolates the laptop. Nor is there a compartment for a notepad.
2. There is one internal compartment at the back where you can place a laptop, and unfortunately, I used it, but the compartment does not protect the laptop. As soon as I set the bag down, I heard a crack, and the laptop broke at the corner. The compartment does not have an internal protective floor for the laptop. It is simply a compartment. The rest of the bag does not have internal protection for sensitive devices either.
Also, my 17" laptop fits in the bag at the bottom, but it barely fits at the top since the bag narrows in width towards the top like a pyramid.
3. The specifications mention 40 liters; I believe it doesn't even hold 10 liters.
4. The zippers are very small, and wherever they bend, they do not function properly. The manufacturer needs to replace them with larger ones.
5. There are several small pockets in the front, but they are so thin that you can only fit a mailing envelope in them. The only good thing is the handle, which is the only Heavy Duty part on the bag since it is covered with wire rope, but even here, the poor design shows because it is sewn onto the soft fabric of the bag connected to a piece of metal that I don't know how long it will last.

Overall, it was a great disappointment.
