Purchased and installed in June 2021. Until today, 30/1/2025, it is flawless. It is almost silent on the first two fan settings and not at all annoying on the higher ones. The plastics do not make noise, but you should know that proper installation plays a big role in this. I can't tell you if the outdoor unit is noisy because it has been installed on the roof. In combination with the energy upgrade of the house, through the Exoikonomo program, the electricity consumption has dropped to half!!!! I would definitely buy it again!!

For the money, it is very good. It is easy to use, stable, and reliable! I have placed it on a side table that I always have next to me (I am a person with a disability, with mobility impairment) with a tablet. I would buy it again!!
