After 2 years of considerable use, the chuck broke from the front and I sent it to service; they told me it’s not worth fixing because it’s an old model and the newer version is out, and it requires 80 euros for the spare part which needs to be ordered from abroad. The 2 stars are because with such prices for spare parts, it’s like there’s no service at all

Although I haven't been using it for a long time to have an opinion on durability, it has done about 4 buckets of glue for thermal insulation and tiles. It is very powerful and doesn't get stuck anywhere, even in mud it works easily. The only downside is that where it sucks in air for cooling, it also sucks in the motor's shirt and it's annoying!

The tool is awesome with a sturdy base, the battery holds satisfactorily, and the beam is visible even in outdoor spaces!

I bought it on January 5th and I have sent it for warranty service 3 times within 5 months, damn it, and I have used 6 batteries. Money wasted.
It starts to have gaps from the clutch inside and ends up feeling like it has been working for 10 years. I really regret the money I spent on it, and I have another brand's product that I have been using for 2 years without any issues. It annoys me that I decided to buy it (good).
