Very comfortable shoes for long walks, ideal for winter always with the appropriate merino socks and liner for below zero temperatures, the foot does not sweat and does not hurt as they are wide shoes.
A little ugly in appearance (bumps) but there is no better shoe for long-distance hiking, I bought them for Nepal 3 passes as well as Salomon quest boots for winter but I never wore them and carried them on my back as the Altra did not freeze in high temperatures up to -15 and in snowy passages, not deep snow, there are gaiters from the same company, they can take crampons but they need to be tested first.

  • It is the first time I am writing a comment about a product. Simply unbelievable! Tested for 1.5 months in free camping on rough terrain, it didn't suffer any damage, inflates easily with the foot, it is extremely lightweight, and takes up no space. The best gadget by far.
