It cannot be eaten pleasantly on its own; it is indeed tasteless like straw (not in texture, it's powder), but as the instructions say, you add it to vegetables or fruit puree, or it can be made with milk. Especially in fruit puree, it fits perfectly, making it even more delicious and rich, and it thickens it if it's too runny. The fact that it contains no sugar is a positive too!

I bought it once, if it wasn't so sweet it would be perfect. The baby doesn't eat it plain, I added a little to the fruit puree which went very well.
