Very nice machine... it takes some time to learn it... I use it at 160 degrees because it is very powerful and then I turn it upside down... it grills better... and you avoid using a large amount of oil... neither oils nor pans... now for vegetables I don't know, I haven't succeeded yet, it dries them out... maybe I haven't found the right way yet:.. anyway, it's worth it
