The bowl is mainly for dogs, but it also works for greedy cats like mine who rush to eat and then vomit! It is not made of hard plastic and allows the snout to pass between the walls. I definitely recommend it! It is worth it and more, whether you have a cat or a dog!

At first, it seemed overly tight to me, but after two days it loosened up. It is doing a pretty good job so far and has helped me with the problem of spondylitis.
