After a lot of searching and several trials with other branded products, I ended up with this product for moisturizing the entire body and face for my daughter who has atopic dermatitis. It doesn't absorb particularly easily but lasts until her next bath. It has no fragrance. The itching is completely soothed from the first uses. I use it both during flare-ups and for maintenance in combination with the shampoo from the same line. I wouldn't change it for anything!
