It is very good, easy to write with, charges quickly and lasts for days, and I haven't needed to change the tip all this time. Obviously, it is a bit heavier than a regular pen and it doesn't have buttons on it to control the writing style, etc., these have to be adjusted from the iPad.

Overall very nice, works as I expected, but it is not very stable as a tripod with the phone on it. And its light is not stronger than a phone flash, it is only useful for indoor camera.
