I received them today.. I installed them in place of the old model.. for now they work much better.. it has that the package does not have a battery.. but it turns out it does, you should know (not that it's anything else, they are also expensive and if you buy them, it will take you years to use them again..

After some thought, I realized that what was preventing this pillow from working properly was the protective cover it has from the company...
So I removed it, put on a larger one, and then the pillowcase on top...
No comparison... that's why there are so many negative comments about it being hard, etc...
16-inch pillow. With sleeping on my side and on my back, it now supports my neck and head...
