Quite a good recovery protein and personally it doesn't cause me any "bloating" or discomfort in my stomach. The reason I removed one star is that it requires more shaking to dissolve and sometimes has some small clumps. Also, although it is pleasant to drink, I would say it has a somewhat mediocre taste.

Perhaps one of the best small fans. Although it's Chinese, it has good build quality and is relatively quiet. I would recommend it, especially at a price of up to 23-25 euros.

For its size and the purpose it is intended for, it is amazing. Very good build quality and generally looks durable. I had it with me all summer at whatever beach I went to! The battery lasts longer than I expected. The price is a bit steep, but you also pay a bit for the brand.

Perhaps the most comprehensive multiwatch sportwatch. Of course, it does not have all the features of a smartwatch (e.g. Samsung or iWatch) but that is not its reason for existence. It is durable, quite accurate in heart rate and GPS measurements, with a variety of features and a battery that, combined with solar charging, lasts about 3 weeks with 3-4 workouts per week - especially if the workouts are outdoors to help with solar charging. Many measurements and a user-friendly mobile app for monitoring them. Among its positives are the lens with integrated LED in the case and the ability for contactless payments (Garmin Pay). Quick strap change to be able to change the style - from sporty to more formal with the brown leather strap. Sapphire glass for zero scratches and overall a very beautiful watch if you like this style. Although I have a relatively "normal" wrist and use the largest at 51mm, it looks great, without looking oversized at all.
